I wish I would have gotten her name, but I didn't. The woman at the front desk Sat, Nov 18 at night was awesome. Great setnup in the lobby for hanging out with our family. Great location too.

Wry courteous staff and comfortable facilities.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms and good showers, good location. Only thing they need is a hot tub to make evrryone happy!

It was clean but we stayed in room 309 and the tub was rusty with chips in it and the shower was kind of hard to figure out. Hot was on the wrong side and if you turned knob too far it would shut off and hardly any water pressure.

I had reserved a wheelchair accessible room. I didnt get it until the second night. I couldnt shower and had to go to the public toilet on the first floor.

Wonderful stay! Super close to the quaint downtown. Parking and check in was easy.

Stayed for my 45th reunion. The hotel was right in the middele of all the activities. I would recommend to anyone. Not very budget friendly.

Unfortunately our family was not impressed with this hotel, with it being pretty new we were surprised at the lack of cleanliness especially. Our hotel room had dirt, dead spiders, leaves, cobwebs etc. all over the floor/ceiling when we opened the door. The microwave smelled like day old spaghetti when we first opened it. The cupboard door handle was literally falling off on one of the cupboards. When we went to check-in to our reservation it was 45 AFTER the accepted check-in time and the front desk person had to go check to see if the room was done being cleaned. Luckily it was ready, but clean it was NOT. I had specifically asked when booking the room to have 4 extra pillows in the room. When we got to the room, no pillows to be found. That night I went down to the desk and waited for 15 minutes to have the front desk person get more pillows. After the 15 minutes he comes back and says they are all being "washed" and they'll be done soon. So that I could check back "later" this was at 8:30 PM! He should have brought us the pillows when they were done getting washed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, we enjoyed the sausage/eggs. Muffins tasted like nail polish and the danishes were not good either. Also, the pool temperature was freeeeezing cold. One person with us couldn't even get into the pool because of the temperature. The towels were all out when we first got to the pool too. Overall we left feeling pretty unhappy with our stay, which was a huge bummer.

We were in town for the UNI graduation. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. We have stayed here before and loved it!

Beautiful property within walking distance of shopping and dining.

Beautiful facility. TV remote was hard to figure out. Not sure the fridge was working - took my pop and water out in the morning and it was warm. No brochures for things to do in the area or what the motel offered. Comfy bed. Very clean. I would highly recommend.

Great location and great property. Just didn’t like the extra charges that appeared on my credit card after.

Stayed there for x amount of dollars and stopped by the desk to make another reservation only to find the price was going to be considerably more per night. Nope

Very nice hotel! Lots of amenities and very clean. Had an excellent stay!

The Hampton Inn was very nice and all of the employees were friendly. I was disappointed to find 2 medium length black hairs in the back of the shower when I showered in the morning. Neither my husband or I have black hair. It was lightly snowing on Saturday, the hotel did not keep up with clearing the snow on the sidewalks at the south entrance. One of the perks of choosing this hotel was its location to the downtown. Not staying on top of the snow removal on Saturday made it unsafe to come and go to the main street of town. Everything was cleared and safe Sunday morning.

Arrived at 3:10. Front desk woman was NOT friendly. Left to meet with friends and dinner. Returned at 8 went into my locked room to two teenagers having sex in my room on fold out couch. Went down stairs told I had to get another room. It was filthy, third room dirty . Worst place I have ever been want room comped. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I have ever had.
