Waited at the front desk for 20 min with no one at the desk. Actually walked into the back area to ask for assistance and a maintenance worker said she would find the front desk attendant. 10 more minutes later someone comes up front and gets us checked in. Not a great start with someone who has an infant and needs to feed and change her.

Hotel was great. Bed comfortable, very quiet, good breakfast. The gentleman who checked me in went above and beyond to help us fix an issue. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about the hotel was great! The room was clean, neat, and well laid out. However, there was a smell in the bathroom that lingered for a day that was like someone used the bathroom, and no amount of deodorizer helped. We concluded that it must have come from the plumbing. No other explanation. Other than that it was a wonderful room/hotel. Breakfast was great! Plenty of hot coffee and selection even for someone with celiac disease!

Only concern the room had a bad smell like mildew scent, ironing board was broken and the body wash/ conditioner was empty. Staff replaced everything after they were notified..Price was reasonable. Area was clean, quite, convenient for us.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. JUST WISH BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE MORE COMFORTABLE. GREAT LOCATION. A/C WORKS GREAT. DOORS A LITTLE THIN AS YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM THE HALLS. OVERALL GREAT CHOICE FOR A HOTEL.

Beds were comfortable. Air con was very loud and hard to use at night as it stopped us sleeping. Rooms were very warm. Quiet area, a little road noise and noise from the hall. Breakfast times on hotels.com are wrong and they are very strict. We made waffles just before 9am and they took away the toppings before we could get them. Staff were not particularly friendly.

I was quite not happy with overall service, there was no service to room, tooth paste brush, not given until we ask, even at breakfast not kuch options, there wad not complete option to prepare coffee at room.

Great value for the stay. The front desk staff members that I met during the check-in and check-out process were incredibly nice and welcoming.
The hotel was clean and had great amenities (modern and well equipped fitness center. I saw a pool but didn't use it).
Our room was clean and spacious yet efficiently laid out. Lighting was decent. Very quiet. Good water pressure. The toiletries are mounted to the bathroom wall which I like instead of wasteful small bottles. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean smelled good. The staff was Great. The room was just like the picture shown on the website, but the bed and pillows can be way better my back was hurting so bad and I toss and turned all night. Last and not least the breakfast was very wonderful

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to get maintenance as soon as we checked in. Beautiful hotel. We were in he handicap room by chance and the bed was really low. Would stay here again, perfect location to dining

🚫This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I got hospitalized due to the conditions & I left early. This hotel looks nothing like what's advertised & the building's plumbing & air conditioning issue is even worse. When I arrived, the room I had didn't have a working tv. I was fine with that, but then they only had a portable AC in there & it was leaking. I got transferred to another room.
There was a leak in the room which leaked in the carpet. It smelt damp & dirty. It was hard to breathe. As you know, mold builds up when the floor is soaked & not replaced.
In addition to the rooms not being in livable conditions, the phone lines didn't work, I didn't have a dryer, a way to contact the front desk. I never saw the manager because I checked out early, but when I called back two days later after she failed to follow up with me about these issues, the hotel hung up in my face when I said my name the first time. I called back & she denied that this was true, but it was absolutely true.
Even the employees said they wanted to quit because of the hotel's conditions. I wouldn't sleep here again if someone paid me to. This hotel has been flagged by Expedia. It needs to be shut down. It's a serious danger to guests. Do not waste your money or risk your health.
