Always a great experience when we stay at this location

Stay was wonderful. Only thing i found was the layout of the getting to our room was a little confusing. We reserved a handicap room for my 90 mom but it was a long distance from the elevators.

My stove wasn’t working I was not able to cook the food I had brought… they fixed it too late I had to order food to feed my kids, the tv in the room was not working, they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t give me another room because they were sold out

My 1st time staying at this new suite and I enjoyed everything but the jacuzzi which was not working.

Stayed for the weekend and was impressed by the new building, cleanliness and friendly cleaning and front desk staff.. Our 1-bedroom king was perfect… we cooked dinner both nights with an well-equipped kitchen….my only problem was with the breakfast on Sunday. There were no fresh fruit, no jam for the bread, no yogurt, boiled eggs, which were items they had the day before. The young lady who was taking care of the breakfast was not very friendly, and gave a huge attitude when a guest asked to have a dirty table cleaned. I enjoyed my stay but the Sunday morning breakfast attendants could do better.

Great room with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice fitness room. The hotel seems very new and is very clean. Not a walkable area but extremely convenient to highway and a short drive to New Haven. Only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t that good - mainly sweet cereal options and the hot breakfast options didn’t look too good.

Handy location near New Haven a few minutes from downtown off I95–very spacious accomodations and easy parking even in winter! (Tho side lot could have been cleared more completely). Friendly welcome and key card entry very modern, tho hallways a bit of a maze at times. We will return!

This place is so not what I expected. We loved it the privacy you get by the separation of the room from the living area it was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a blast for our one night stay just to get away for a winter night we enjoyed the restaurants in the area also the pool and the hot tub. The room it self was amazing clean modern and very comfortable the price was good through Expedia we will most certainly be staying again

We had an amazing stay! We ended up getting one of the one bedroom style hotel rooms. Very clean and nice! Only drawback was we were kicked out of the pool because we didn't have wristbands. We had no idea that was needed and they were never given to us. Just inconvenient. otherwise, our stay was 5 out of 5!

Room 235. Fan circuit breaker blew with every use. Could not turn off droning heater unit. 2nd floor water pressure too low to shower. Slow Internet. Worst luggage carts ever! Low quality breakfast food.

It was convenient to the highway. The property had a very nice patio.

I like the kitchenette however in Room#404, the refrigerator had a right hand door pull which made it hard to access the refrigerator in the small space. That room just needed a left gand pull. My son's room had the left-hand door refrigerator pull and it was just right.

Just a little outside the city of New Haven, this hotel is a great deal. The hotel seems very new, reasonably well decorated, beds were comfortable, the room had a kitchenette which had pretty much everything other than an oven, and it was very spacious. The front desk staff were friendly, the pool and gym looked pretty nice, parking was ample, and the morning breakfast was quite good. Would definitely staff here again.

Front desk employees were friendly and very helpful - they acknowledged you whenever you walked through the lobby and were very accommodating when we requested to change our reservation and also helped look up and apply our honors rewards account.

We had a one night stay enroute to JFK. It was well located for getting immediate access back onto route 95. The hotel was clean and rooms well equipped, overall a very positive experience.

We travel a lot, and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. EVERYONE on staff smiles and says hello and they are ALWAYS working, keeping everything clean, and they're very helpful. Our room was perfect, the location was convenient to the freeway, yet reasonably quiet. The breakfast choices were good, but mostly, it's the people who work at this property who make it top-tier. Thank you for caring!

As a person with celiac disease, I was disappointed with the lack of gluten free options in the breakfast buffet. Other than the egg dish and fruit, there were no other options for people who have to eat gluten free. One of the cereals could have been substituted with a Chex cereal (except wheat).
