The overall property and staff were good and the room was very clean but the bed in room 211 was horrible. Mattress was saggy and sunken in which resulted in a sleepless night. Unfortunate when all I really wanted was a place to sleep.

I traveled with my family with a 6 and 8 year old, stayed for 2 nights. There were plenty of restaurants that were within walking distance and also within few minutes driving distance. The hotel room was clean and spacious for our family, and pool area was clean. I would recommend this hotel to any family traveling with young kids. There were 3 to 4 hot entrees to choose from in addition to other breakfast options, this was a huge plus for my family for when we travel.

My room had all the amenities that I needed except for a "make-up" magnifying mirror in the bathroom area. At my age that's a big item! Twice during my stay the room was not "cleaned" overnight and I asked downstair receptionist to intervene and send some one up to "clean" empty waste baskets and change the dirty sheets!

Fantastic, beautiful hotel and experience. We spoke with a maintainence man about the accessibiltiy room shower we had with poor drainage - an engineering fix needed. The floor of the bathroom filled with water, in spite of two drains, when taking a shower. It was dangerous and slippery all over the bathroom floor. We needed several towels to put down by the shower to keep the water soaked up.

Tehya at the front desk is the best hotel attendant we have ever had. She was knowledgeable and patient even with all the other customers that were causing issues!! I recommend that you book with her!

Booked a room for 2 couples, 4 adults, reservations were for 2 queen beds. They were out of those rooms when I got there even though I booked it months ago. One couple had to sleep on a uncomfortable small pull out couch.

I really did enjoy this property was in a convenient location, close to many food and entertainment options. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. I would say that my only gripe would be that no one came to clean my room during the three days I was there, I had to go to the front desk every time I needed new towels. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice but there was a cleaning person or somebody listening to the TV show Friends really really loud that kept entering the room connected to mine and it woke me up over and over. I slept terrible.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super great area. All kinds of activities in walking distance. A dog park on the premises. Great view from the room we had. Love the bigger than normal refrigerator plus all the needed kitchen supplies. Love the high counter top and chairs. Cleaning staff was very friendly. My only two complaints were the let out couch was horrible. My daughter couldn’t get a good nights rest on it and secondly, they charged me with local phone calls on my bill but I only called the front desk. They said they will take it off so we’ll see.

Everything was pretty good for the most part, but I was there on a Thursday thru Saturday morning. Housekeeping arrived in the morning on Friday, and we asked for them to come back later. So we got around and left, and when I left, l let the front desk know we needed our room touched up, and it was available for them any time. We were gone for 4 hours, and the room was never touched. Not once. That was the biggest issue. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and got better service.

"Can't judge a book by it's cover" sort of stay. Great area. Some would call this hotel "up scale" and so would have we until we peeled away some unwelcomed layers. Breakfast our first day was fine. Second day cold waffles and horrible sausage!...really not fit to eat. An employee must have read my face and offered to warm my waffle and explained they had been instructed to use up the sausage?? Asked if I would like to speak to manager which I declined thinking I could have that conversation at checkout. Rewind to evening before we checked out-power in room went out briefly. When power returned TV did not work. Called front desk and were told NO manager on duty, no maintenance person on duty...only option would be for us to come down and get another key and move ourselves to another room. We were told "I just work here" and no one would be able to assist with the move. Refused to call manager. My husband fiddled around with TV and was finally able to get it to work. At checkout there the manager was no where to be seen so we just left. So much for what to us appeared to be "Up Scale" $250 a night might not be much to some but for a retired couple who needed a place for a couple of nights away in this area it was our best option. Sorry this hotel chooses to staff their hotel with employees that "just work here" and serve meat that we honestly wouldn't feed our pets.

Positives are, it’s in a lovey clean and safe area, hotel is new and clean Negatives are, front desk looked like they didn’t want to be there, housekeeping was a guess on which bins might be changed. Too many short cuts there and finally being charged $170 after checking out for an apparent use of their market cafe. Had to make 3 phone calls to get my money back. Also breakfast pancakes were like plastic

It was 76 degrees in our room and couldn’t get the ac to come on. Called the front desk and the guy said to turn it off and back on if that didn’t work they don’t know what to do.

The stay was comfortable but they lose points for me because the pull out bed did not have pillows or a comforter. The TV didn’t work and the phone didn’t work. Otherwise the property is in great condition, the stay was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the entire group had a wonderful time.

Really liked our stay. This will be our new home base when we go to Indy for work or play. Great for families as well. So much right out front of the hotel to do or places to eat. 5 stars!
