The person at the reception was helpful.

We called the Pousada 5 days before our stay to find a way to move the dates, but there was no availability. The reason was that the park is closed on mondays and we booked two nights just to visit the park. we asked the owner to make an effort and accept canceling the reservation at no cost but he refused. this person is clearly only interested in getting money and does not really care about customers and families coming to visit the cave in the park. Beyond that, the mattresses are extremely soft and I ended up with a backache. The decoration of the rooms is inexistant and the ceiling of one of the rooms would benefit from getting some painting to get rid of the moisture.
