Beautiful hotel with classy interiors, great onsen and high quality bedding / facilities / freebies. The area is also very strategic and easy to reach, near a main road and lively atmosphere during the day.

Great location out of busy downtown but only 1 stop away from the heart of everything or 25 min walk. Stunning entrance. Room comfortable and compact. Styled in micro detailing. Mostly younger cool crowd staying there. Staff super helpful and went out of there way.

Overall it was good. The room was a little smaller and darker than expected. It was the only hotel we stayed at on our trip that had a combined bathroom with toilet/tub/shower in one room. It was a little too dark in the room and we thought the bathroom was a bit cramped and steamed up too much with such a low ceiling.

Nice stay at this hotel. Room was big enough and clean. Great location in Osaka. In a quiet street but close to the metro and walking distance to most sites. No tattoos allowed in public bath. Which was a bummer since all hotels I visited allowed me to cover them.

From our many hotel stays during our trip to Japan, this hotel was our favourite by far. The location was perfect with enough around without being too busy/crowded, and the walk to the nearest train station was a just a few minutes away. We were able to store our bags with them to explore before check in at 3pm and we also didn't have any problems with our luggage transfer from our last hotel. This hotel has an onsen however we unfortunately weren't able to enjoy it as we are heavily tattooed, but they did provide some bath salts we could enjoy in our room. I also really liked that they provided fresh towels every day by hanging a bag of them on our front door whenever we didn't request for room service. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Osaka.

It’s a nice boutique hotel. I love the decor. The room is pretty. I really enjoyed variety choices of delicious breakfast buffet. The staffs are helpful. Overall really satisfied.

The area is quite,the bed is comfortable but the room is a bit small.

Perfect hotel away from the madness of the main spots and just a 2 minute walk to the subway station that brings you everywhere you need! Hotel itself had lots of amenities the staff where very helpful and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve stayed in in Japan! Also the hotel it’s so calm peaceful and clean.

From the moment you walk in you will feel “in peace”, the smell, the “no noise”: everything is perfect and so clean. Room is very big for the standard here. There is a beautiful private onsen which is perfect to end the day. I wish all hotels were like this one, book it, you will not regret it!

Very nice hotel and we liked the location (about 10 minute train ride from all the busy areas). The staff was very nice, god amenities, very clean. The room was probably the smallest on our trip though (including Tokyo).

Room was dirty when checked in, and the neighbor is keep knocking the wall during my stay every day, wall is paper thin and this is very terrifying and unsafe. Would not recommend for anyone!

Excellent facilities and amenities. The room was spacious especially when compared to other hotels in the area. Incredible experience at a reasonable price.

Great and relaxing spot. Very clean facility with the bath house. The only down side is the construction next door.

Good hotel with a larger than normal bathroom for Japan. Room was big enough for one person, could be tight for two. But you’re not in there much. The restaurant was cheap, although breakfast options were limited and nothing has English translations, so was a bit of a gamble.

The onsen was great and I liked the relax vibe that gives off.

The hotel atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. however the room is a little dull, it will be great to increase one more set of light on the living room. Also can upgrade the tv to smart tv if possible

I give this property 5 stars! It was close to the yodobashi train station & a cute coffee shop. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in Osaka.
