The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and modernized, but the rooms are considerably smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. In regards to cleanliness, it was ok, but the mold around the entire shower stall was not appealing. A little bleach would fix this issue very easily. However, the thing that needed fixed more than anything was the AC. The noise was terrible. When it came on we had to literally turn the TV up from 12 to 23 to hear and to make out what was being said, but the worst is being awakened at 5:40 in the morning by how loud it was. I did try to tell someone when we were leaving that it needed fixed, but there was no one at check out so we just left our room keys and headed out. Otherwise, the breakfast had good options for a continental and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend pulling the darkening blinds. We didn’t, so when the AC woke us up, there was no going back to sleep due the sun being up already.

We were suppose to have a king room to celebrate our anniversary went to check in early and room wasnt ready no problem we will go eat and come back. Came back and a different person at the front desk said we didn't have a reservation with them to make a long story short we had to settle for a double room. Weren't too happy. Probably will never stay at that hotel again

Over all room was basic. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional. Other then the shower being broken and them not giving us our money back or at least half off the room. It was a pretty nice place

Our stay was the Avid hotel was very nice. My wife and I came in town to celebrate her birthday. The check in experience was quick and easy - Teresa was very informative of the hotel amenities and gave use a solid layout of things, our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent, my wife imagine a different breakfast experience like with waffles however we made it worthwhile. The checkout was seamless, we used the television to request our checkout and went downstairs to return the room key. The lady at the checkout with the purple highlights was very friendly and asked us how was our stay.

The staff at the front desk during check in was very accommodating and had great customer service. She had a positive attitude and patience with us. The hotel is very modern, clean, and beautiful inside and out. The beds are super comfy.

Upon check-in the heat, and also the phone in our room did not work. We were moved into the only available room, which was an accessible room.

Loved the friendliness of staff, the newness and decor of hotel, comfy bed and super clean room. The 24/7 coffee in the lobby is great and the grab and go breakfast provides all you need to start the day off right. Also, the room rate is super low!

My stay was great! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. I loved the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby and the breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that there was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby to use. They also had a little market there, so that was nice it had snacks, drinks, food and some meds ect. They had dove products in the bathroom for soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in big bottles. That was a also helpful that it wasnt tiny little bottles. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. ....I did have a sound coming from the heater like a clicking sound and that was alittle annoying but that waa a fluke and they put in a service order to fix it but unfortunately that was to be done after I left. The staff was very helpful and nice!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. This place is super clean and quiet. Rooms are spaced nicely away from others. Love the large walk in showers instead of tubs. Large tv was nice and beds are super comfy.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the school our son was taking a class at. Very convenient location right off I-40. Really not our "style" of hotel. Feels like a school locker room. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No coffee in the room, but it is available in the lobby all the time. Also, way too noisy!! At 8 am on Saturday morning I was sure someone was letting their kids play in the hall right in front of our door, but when I opened the door there was no one in the hall and the noise was coming from another room. Our son (who stayed the whole week at the hotel) commented that the noise was really bad - that they had really skimped on insulation.

The first time staying at this brand and were very pleased. The service was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms offered a no frills experience with no wasted space. My only complaint was that the power outlets at bedside could not power the humidifier in my CPAP. I had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed. Other than that it was a great stay.

We have our dog with us and a pet friendly hotel is appreciated plus they gave him dog treats. There are also a large selection of food items. The staff is very friendly and nice!

The hotel is branded as a eco-friendly & trendy hotel which offers a healthier breakfast. The rooms are small and the breakfast is still the run of the mill "pre-packaged" fare with less selection than a normal Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel was chosen purely for it being an economical and convenient night's rest between destinations. Met all our needs while also being clean and comfortable. The small fitness room and simple breakfast offerings were nice extra perks.

My wife and I were in town for the day and we chose this Hotel. We were VERY HAPPY with this hotel! The staff was awesome, the facilities was clean and new and the front desk area was a welcome place to enjoy coffee, breakfast and just a nice and comfortable place to relax. The fulltime coffee, snacks and well stocked breakfast selection was a great and unexpected treat.
The room had great amenities! From different needed things like shampoos, soap, hand soap, etc to the quality sheets, bed spreads and pillows was very nice. The TV was very easy to use and gave you great control of your entertainment. The Free wifi was fast and and reliable. But the BEST part of the room, was the tile floor though out the facilities. Nothing worse that dirty carpet and we always felt clean walking around.
We just enjoyed the stay and will stay there again when we come thru.

Room was tiny but clean. The staff was very friendly. Very convenient and safe location. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star on everything was the lack of a microwave and coffeemaker in the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.
