Great one night stay. Amazing staff and perfect location.

The staff was above and beyond they did great. The room was nice, clean, spacious. It was cute room with balcony. Only negative it is loud if light sleeper. I had air on and it blocked the noise. Highly recommend

I really liked everything about this place. It was clean, convenient, the AC worked perfectly, my bed was comfortable, my room was very cozy. The balcony was not that big but I didn't mind as I spent most of the time walking. Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location a few steps away from Gran Via metro station! Easy to find, and super nice service. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was no noise from the street, but the only minus was no soundproofing to other rooms or the reception just next to my room.

La habitación es muy pequeña pero está muy bien ubicada en Madrid para ir caminando a todas las atracciones. El personal es súper amable. La única contra es que en el baño hay una leyenda que dice “No arrojar papeles en el inodoro” (eso incluye el papel higiénico) algo que me pareció INACEPTABLE para un hotel.

The room was super small. The toilet was clean but made noise and it doesn’t flash well. The shower water flow was weak. The towels felt over used not fun to use. we liked is the location the staff was nice but couldnt help us with one thing That we needed to change the language to English so we can watch TV, and We pay a lot of money for1 night, didn’t worth it. :(

Great center location. Walkable to many interesting places and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and they speak English! The room was clean, but has very limited space. It’s good for 1 person.

Perfekte Location.

A very central property located just a couple of minutes away from Gran Via Metro. Jesus on reception was excellent and very helpful. He even got out of bed at 7am to let us in so we could leave our luggage prior to check in. The rooms were kept very clean and the bathroom/shower facilities were very good. The only slight downside is the walls are thin and you can hear other guests. If that doesn't bother you though then this is a great location for the price.

A short and nice stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. We only stayed one night. Staff were super nice and check in/out was easy and fast. Location in perfect and the room was cheap. It’s not luxury, but if you are on a big city holiday it’s works perfect for sleeping.

Overall an ok stay for the price. It's centrally located, with a bunch of restaurants and shops in the area. It's walkable to all the attractions. And the room itself is decent looking. There are two issues that I've had. First, the noise! Ironically, despite being centrally located with crowds of people, performances and sirens right outside of the door, the windows and wooden covers block most of the noise. It's fairly quiet with the windows and covers closed. The problem is the paper thin walls. You can hear conversations as if you're in the room with them. You know when they turn on the water, walk, watch TV, etc. You might as well have the same experience if you were in a dorm room with them. The other issue was internet. I couldn't get Wi-Fi on my laptop. It's something with their settings. Because my laptop connects to all other wi-fi's in nearby businesses.
