It was great. The staff are incredible. The only thing I could say is the pets. Which I know it’s an extended stay and they are welcome but allergies got the best of me.

Waited 2 hrs to check in, the rooms have a bad odor

It’s a smoke free hotel but I promise your room will be suffocated with cigarette smoke coming through the vent.

The front desk was very sweet and helpful and made me feel safe.

The room was very nice and it was convenient having a laundry room on the first floor. The only issue I saw was people placing rocks on the side doors to keep it open and people allowing their dogs to poop in the grassy areas in the parking lot.

I booked on Expedia and they actually didn’t have a room Available they called and cancelled on me. I was not happy but they called back and gave me a bigger room at the same price. Very helpful and nice hotel. No breakfast but good location.

The hotel looked very nice when we pulled in and the parking lot was packed so we thought this would be a great place to stay after driving all day on our trip home. Then we got into the room… As soon as the light was turned on, a cockroach ran across the wall and behind the bedside table. We tried to give the hotel a chance by asking them to switch our room due to the cockroach. The front desk wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem to care too much but loved our room. Instead of live cockroaches in this second room, we found dead ones under the chair by the bed. There was no way we felt comfortable staying there. We told the front desk and found another hotel while sitting in their parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again.

I picked this place because i wanted to fox my on breakfast but they didn't say it wouldn't be supplied with tool. I was disappointed. I had to ask for a broom the sweep because the floor was dirty. I dont what kind of pillow those were. We didn't sleep comfortably at all. The pillow was like marshmillows. Awkful. I wont pick it again.

I never coming back to the hotel and I will never recommend. You no have courtain on window.no paper towel on kitchenette nothing for cooking no champo no breakfast no coffee is the worst place that I have been very noise

There wasn't anything to cook with, no dishes, cutlery, in the kitchenette. Have to purchase internet to be able to use more than 1 device. Had to exchange towels/facecloths in order to receive clean ones, almost every towel and facecloth had hairs in the weave or on them. No phone in room - were told the next day when we asked "again" that the jack in our room wasn't working. We were not asked if we wanted to change rooms. No extra pillows and blankets, no coffee pot, blow dryer. Something was spilt down the door in the bathroom and only cleaned from the top to 1/2 way down. I have pictures. Items on the floor - penny stuck under baseboard, black circle - under the couch. Floor was filthy - my slippers were brown on the bottom - I had washed them before we left home. I have pictures of all these items as well. Tub wouldn't drain. When you were taking a shower. your feet were covered with water. I spoke to the check in clerk one evening, when she asked if there was something she could do, I said no I'm just waiting for my pizza delivery. No phone in our room for you to call us when it arrives. I spoke to her about some of the issues and she was going to pass it along to her manager. She apologized 3 times to me. For the money we paid for this room, it definitely wasn't worth it. We have travelled a lot, and paid less for a room which was MUCH better than this room.

The overall location of the property was great. I did not like having to pay a fee for a service animal. I also thought it was the worst idea to night have the hotel staff in palce 24 hours there was an emergency and we had to call ems to help a resident because hotel staff were at home sleeping. The noise level was awful and the staff was not empathetic nor willing to assist in resolving poor customer service after the initial check-in

The sheets were dirty and weren’t changed out upon our arrival. Found numerous roaches dead and alive. We were also told we couldn’t receive any fresh linen and towels after 7pm. Would not recommend this hotel among PLENTY of amazing hotels in the McDonough area.

It started off disappointing, when I went to check in on 12/10/21, you must dial the front desk from their phone once going through the first door. I called the front door twice only to find out the clerk was just sitting there on a personal call once security let me in from the outside because I was standing there so long. I was also disappointed that they had no coffee in the lobby or on site, they had no coffee maker in the rooms and even with there being kitchenette’s they had no utensils or cookware. When I went down to exchange towels even after asking before I came down I was told that they needed to dry and come back in 45 minutes. A very poor operation

Great stay. I feel so safe at this location as a woman traveling alone. The staff is amazing so sweet & kind. I highly recommend this location.

This past check in the woman was kind of curt and not very welcoming! When I was the charged the $50 pet fee she failed to tell me it was a deposit and I haven’t checked yet to make sure it was credited back -we will see! They had no coffee anywhere? My husband asked at desk and she said no coffee! Ok COVID excuses are getting old! I think people can take the risks they want —put the coffee out for guests!

The room smelled terrible, it has a moldy/mildew odor. When I pulled back the bedding there were stains all over the mattress cover. Around the toilet has nasty urine and reddish residue buildup. The sink handle is filthy, with residue buildup around the joint of the handle where it meets the sink. The place was so terrible we didn’t stay the second night, even though we had already paid for it. Rather than stay another night we drove 6hours back home.

My room was disgusting, there was animal hair/fur every where including the bathroom. When asked about getting housekeeping I was told that they only clean the rooms once a week. Beds had hair all throughout the sheets. You would think with Covid 19 and being in a pandemic that cleanliness would be top prioritity. Wouldn't recommend

There were people that were just hanging around the building. It felt like an apartment complex not a hotel.
