Hotel is in location undergoing heavy construction which is a minus, none the less the hotel perse is modern, yet basic. Connected to commercial area (TOKS, Starbucks, Oxxo, BBVA, Gym, among other restaurants) has great/safe parking.

Terrible lpcation in the middle of ROAD WORKS FOR A LONG TIME, HOURS TO GET THERE AND ESPECIALLY GET OUT. NO SIGNIFICANT NOTICE

The convenient part was to have stores and restaurants in the same building or plaza. Also there is free parking available and security staff.
The inconvenience is that is next to the highway and sometimes you can hear trucks at night. Also, there was a road construction at the time and there was a lot of traffic around the location making it not desirable to go out to avoid traffic even when I wanted to go out.
But overall the hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service.
I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great!
Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!!
Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage.
In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to.
Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it.
I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt.

No customer service at all. It is not a suite at all. Very poor installations,

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff were mostly helpful and agile. However, the hotel is located in an area were major infrastructure work is taking place, this made taxis really scarce and Hubers hard to get.

The property is incorrectly classified as Centro Historico. The Centro Historico is a 45 minutes walk. Needed a tooth paste - hotel do not offer accesories. Breakfast a joke. Price is correct for someone coming to the University of Queretaro.

We liked the place,except the floor and carpet were dirty especially the carpet. Lots of hair and very dirty.

This is a really nice hotel. It is also pet friendly. We did have to pay a fee for each pet, but that did not bother us. They even had a dog walking area on the Terrace level which made it very nice since we didn't have to go all the way back downstairs. We had free bottled water in our room and the concierge was super friendly and helpful.

La cortesía por ser vip fue extender una hora el check out de las 12 a las 13.00 hrs (eso muchos hoteles de la categoría de la zona lo ofrecen sin ser vip)¿¿'??
