Rooms were clean and spacious! Floor above us did have a boys basketball team so yes it was somewhat loud not a deal breaker. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Great place to stay, you won't be disappointed!

Upon entering our room, the bathroom door latch was visibly broken. We were graciously moved to another too. The dust was very visible on surfaces. The bathroom could have used another wipe down. The breakfast in the morning was great and the service excellent.

We didn't stay here due to the hotel and Hotels.com miscommunication on our reservation. They ended up cancelling our stay without telling us on the day of our reservation. I even confirmed directly with the hotel that the reservation was fine two days before our stay. Awful, horrible service on both businesses. How do you cancel a reservation without informing the client?

Great place highly-rated.. although, dont stay in room 403, the door frame was broken and when i opened the door, i thought It was going to collapse..when i called the front desk, dude was like "oh yes...just pick up the door and push hard to close" nearly piss my pants... needs a bit of a tune up, although nice place, breakfast was good...

The hotel is clean, the breakfast was good. I will start out with the positives.
The entire reason I go to hotel is to sleep. The people above me, I was on the second floor and the facility has three floors… Or apparently a group of hippopotamuses, banging around and moving furniture. I called and complained around 1030 about the booming noises going on above me and it was still going on at 11:45 PM. By then I was so angry and worked up that there was no going back to sleep. I did call down to the front desk and ask if they could do something about it and they said they would investigate it. So their investigation led to nothing. The people finally stopped booming and banging around about midnight. The other challenge is this facility is it such a very busy highway kind of where a hill and a traffic light are involved so you heard Jake breaks from semi trucks all night long. At least, if a hotel is near an interstate, it’s steady traffic. This was stop and go so engines were rubbing up and down which was very distracting. I travel a lot for work and a good nights sleep as valuable to me. If you’re going to stay at this facility asked to be on the top floor and make sure you bring your earplugs.

Nice property, but service was only ok. They did not clean our room, which was pretty disappointing. They seemed to be less interested in service since we did not "book direct" with them.

The hotel is new and clean, however there was no soap , and limited face towels .

Everything went well. Room was clean, check in was a breeze. Breakfast was more than I expected. Only wish there was a 'fan' cycle on the heating/cooling machine for the white noise.

If you like mold. Stay here. If you like hair in the bed, shower, and sink. Stay here. I am in hotels every weekend and this one was frustrating. I normally clean out the air vent in the air/heat unit as i know they never get cleaned but this one had a large cookie shaped item sitting inside the air handler. It was rotten and covered in mold. I turned off the air and slept with my own fan. In the morning i brought down the large molded item to the front desk. She told me she would have maintenance come and clean the unit out while i was at work. Upon arriving back after a 13 hr work day, I opened my room to 76° and no air running. I walk over to the unit and nothing was cleaned. So I took it apart myself and cleaned it only because it was so hot and i needed air. I could have changed rooms but I figured they all would be the same if its the same staff running the place. Super unfortunate.

Nice hotel but the pool was a bit underwhelming due to size and cleanliness of the water. My biggest issue is the TV's DON'T stream!!!! No Netflix, no Hulu....Now while I am not in the room much, I did want to relax a little later in the day but had to settle for cable, which was not great. Staff was very nice to us and the hotel was clean.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The lobby and breakfast area are up-to-date with the contemporary design and furnishings. The rooms are well appointed, up-to-date, and very clean. Staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was generous and very tasty. The quality of accommodation and service at this property is first rate!

The only thing I would recommend when checking in is asking for a room looking out the back of the hotel, road was a little noisy while trying to sleep but nothing they can do about that. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly

We had a nice stay at Hampton Inn. We arrived very late and the night clerk was very helpful, bot only for check-in, but also the next evening when we needed light bulbs. Very nice breakfast spread and of course the waffles were fun to make.

The carpet and bathroom floors were dirty. Found a cockroach in the bathroom and took down to the front desk and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Will never stay there again.

Check-in was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude and nasty. He assumed at check-in without looking at my ID to compare info. on computer screen, I was a different customer whose credit card had declined. The whole time he had the wrong name/account up on the screen. It wasn't until I requested to see his computer screen and repeated my name, clarified that I was a different customer and not the name on the screen. At that point, he asked for my ID and backed down/tone of voice/demeanor changed. It wasn't until I told him I disapproved his tone and attitude, that he decided to apologize. I'm not sure if he was having a bad night or was stressed from previous customers. The service got better the next day with other staff. The stay ended up being nice and I would try it again. The hotel was clean and my room was really nice. Breakfast was good. The floors squeaked and cracked as we walked across them. I felt bad for people beneath the room.

We booked here two nights over a weekend while attending a local event. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast good, the room comfortable. However, I would not stay here again because of serious problems in construction. We were on the second floor and could hear the people on one side of us snoring at night and every step of the people above us, all night long. We were woken up by doors crashing in the night (all doors slam). The floor above us was very creaky, making every step worse. There’s not much the staff can do about this unless they have room to relocate you to the top floor. Super disappointing for a hotel that advertises sound proofing in the rooms.

The place was clean but the floors creaked. I could hear the people above me and when I walked on the floor in my room and in the hallways you could hear the creaking noises. Not sure if you laid the carpet over laminated floor or not. If so, that is a problem.

My stay with my family was amazing to have all of us together for the four days was beautiful however, there were major issues that occur. I don’t know if it was because they were understaffed but the day of my check out I was accused of taking lamp. Never in my entire time of staying in hotels I was ever accused of taking property from the hotel. They didn’t even check the cameras before calling me and accusing me. I came back up to the hotel to speak with the general manager, and she did say that she will not charge me but will still check the cameras on sure
