Big space, very nice staff.
It’s kinda noisy, but that’s was expected. No problem after 01:30.
But the Bed it’s like sleeping on an awkward hard platform. With springs making noise every time you move. Like it’s a beautiful big room. And you put a spring loaded stone platform as a bed!? Invest in a mattress!

Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use.

We booked a studio which smelled of sewage didn’t have any wardrobes or closets and air conditioning didn’t work. On 2nd day I complained and lovely receptionist apologised and moved us to a bigger apartment. Much nicer very spacious and well equipped. Love the little welcome drink and snacks on arrival. And we loved using the washing machine and dishwasher. Only gripe was room cleaning which happened once

The apartment was in a great location and quite well equipped, however an awful smell of drains, door locks that didnt work, blinds that didnt work, so couldnt block out the light, and lumpy beds, spoiled our stay, way too expensive for what we got, plus communication seemed a bit of a problem

We had very lovely and comfortable stay i your hotel. Airconditioning did spread a little bit of bad smell to the apartment but no other complaints. Personel was helpful and very nice also.

The location was perfect! The room was really good, but the availability from the reception and communication from some people was really bad.

Apartment was ideally located in historic center. It was easy to access and staff were friendly. Only minus was lack of air condition. Especially during night it was quite hot.

Great place to stay in the city center; easy walking to a lot of sights like the cathedral, Picasso museum, market, etc.

If driving a car, will need to park either at Camas (nearer the apt) or at Tejon y Rodríguez parking lot (about 5-6 minutes walk to the apt).
Wish could have availed of massage but apparently it was always booked and only done during the day. Would have loved to have a massage in the late afternoon or early evening after a day out walking around.

I am so thankful that I was able to stay at the Aparthotel! Our flight did not land until 1AM and they did not have staff at that time of the evening so they reached out to me before I left the airport and got me checked in! It was the perfect little space for us. We walked everywhere and the shopping was close by! I will definitely be returning!

Great little aparthotel in the centre of Malaga, close to everything! Shower was a bit small and water drips on the floor easily when taking a shower.. only reason I would not give a 5 star. You need a code to get into the rooms if you are arriving late. This was a bit difficult at first but they have 24 hrs staff on Whatsapp and I was able to get help.
I can see this being a problem to some older folks that do not have Whatsapp! However, I would stay again!

We had a very bad night in the hotel. The air conditioner did not work. We put three complaints and tge issue was not resolved until we left. The shower did not have had door and the drain was not draining properly.and water reached.the room. We ended up using the towels to dry the floor. We asked for new towels and told to go another hotel that 5 minutes away to pick up new towels.

The property was great in the Center of the city. This was the first time we could not get a taxi to drop us off the street is impassable to cars.
Physically the room was wonderful. A nice little suite complete with laundry and kitchen. The place was very clean with many amenities provided by the hotel. The problem we experienced is that they have a problem with the water drainage system.
The problem, our room smelled of sewer. This is something the hotel knows since the shower had a towel covering its drain and the windows were wide open when we checked in. We were only there for one night but this would have been a substantial problem for a longer stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe apartment, which was really small and despite being at the top four it had absolutely no view. The property is noisy, the walls are too thin and you can hear the noise from the pool or the neighbours. The reception has no waiting area, so it's a bit awkward to stand around. The apartment has amenities, like a washing machine, but nowhere to dry your clothes and no detergent and there is a coffee machine, but no capsules. You have to pay more to use the pool that you did to stay in the property itself, which is a tad annoying. The sea is a twenty-minute walk away.

Apartment was centrally positioned and despite other reviews we found it easily enough. Quiet part of the old town but close enough to the main city centre, port etc.
Staff were all really friendly, polite and discreet.
We had a deluxe studio, which was quite small. It was adequately equipped, so for the kitchen for example you could only really prepare snacks. There was no oven. Found it odd that there was a dishwasher in a flat for 2 people and only enough utensils for 2 people - you had to was as you go.
Bed was comfy and everything was very clean and in good order. Noise did carry however, especially from the neighbouring apartment, where you could hear them simply walking around - the walls are thin!
Would have helped to have some information sheets ie for heating/AC, use of dishwasher , house-keeping etc.

It was a great location and staff were super friendly and they even gave us an upgrade. As somewhat expected, it is quite noisy though as you are right in the cultural center. I didn't expect it to go on past 3 am but it did.

The property is not accessible by car. You must park at public parking and walk to the apartment. Not easy if you’re older or have a lot of luggage. Not all units have a washer/dryer. Ours only had a washer. Had to hang clothes on a line. Good location within walking distance of sights and center of the city.

We stayed here as a large group of 7 friends for a reunion of sorts. The majority of us had a perfectly pleasant stay. The hotel is well located and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Check in was super easy and communication from the hotel was very responsive. Unfortunately 3 members of our party had to leave and find alternative accomodation as there was a very unpleasant sewerage like smell in the room, which the hotel was unable to resolve. This spoilt our stay as the idea was for us all to stay together. However, for my room it was an overall pleasant experience.

The location is great, right in the center of the old town where there are lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, all within walking distance. Our room was quiet even though it was facing the street. However, with the nice balcony, we were able to see a religious procession that passed in front of the hotel in the evening, which was a plus. The spa is good, so relaxing and comfortable. Communication was prompt any time we needed, and the staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

Clean and nicely decorated room. We had late check in and communication with staff through email was very quick and efficient. The only drawback was how far a away we had to park and then manage our luggage. Overall a very nice spot right in the heart of things

The property was centrally located with easy access/walkable to historic places, shops, the beach, train/bus station.
Though in a back street, the accommodation was clean and staff were generally helpful. Felt safe in the area. There was staff presence up until 3.30/4.00pm but contact can be made via whatsapp after this time and the response was prompt. The accommodation has another hotel about 10mins walk where you can have continental breakfast for 10 Euro which was good value for money. Lots of cafes and restaurant around the area. Try Brunch cafe for your breakfast/brunch
We used the SPA at half price which was good. Not sure i would have paid the full amount. Check with your booking to see if you can strike a deal.
Had a pleasant stay at the accommodation and we enjoyed our week in Malaga travelling to other places.

This is a great place to stay in Malaga - Late check in was no problem, the apartment was perfect, really modern and they left a welcome drink - The lady on reception gave us a great recommendation for Spanish breakfast - Would defiantly stay again
