Check in was fine. No mention that the pool was out of order until after my son jumped into it when they were balancing the chemicals. Very disappointed.

Hotel was clean but the staff I encountered was either rude or nonchalant. When I attempted to check on the morning of my departure, I was told my relief just pulled up, she will assist you or something to that effect. I was too stun to hear the last part.

Just wish I had a top floor room as the people above me while on second floor had their kids running through the room and stomping on the floor at 11-12 at night. Did not get any rest the first night.

Checking in was quite a poor experience, we were checking in and the front desk woman was very helpful but when we were assisted by the manager it all changed. He obviously does not like working with Hotels.com and made it very clear to us that he would do nothing to assist us as they don’t get reimbursed for third party bookings.
Room was ok but they have a long way to go to copy the Hilton Tru hotels.

One of our rooms were not clean. Mascara on a bed pillow and hair in the shower and sink. Management assigned a new room quickly however.

Newer hotel. Next to a Cracker Barrel. Had modern/minimalistic decor which is not my style but had a clean room and comfortable bed. Would stay again if in the area.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice , the hotel was very clean and the beds are so comfortable if you enjoy a soft bed. They had the hottest shower water I've ever encountered at a hotel which I thoroughly enjoyed but my husband not so much. The pool is outside and rather small but my son enjoyed it. The breakfast is a grab and go. Muffins and fruits. However, there is a cracker barrel next door along with other fast food options. The only negative thing but minor inconvenience was the fire alarm going off around 9:45pm due to guests down the hall vaping in their room. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We spent the night at this hotel which looks to be fairly new. Upon arrival we checked in which I have no complaints but upon getting into the elevator it appears that some vandals are hell bent on defacing everything possible. The display that shows what floor your on was smashed, the elevator certificate was half torn off. I mean really, what is the problem? The room was fine, clean and comfortable and quiet. My concern is If this is the type of clientele spending the night, this hotel will be an armpit by end of year.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable to me. I know everyone has a preference to the firmness or otherwise of a mattress. The bathroom was spacious and extremely utilitarian. I had a great nights stay. Staff was super.

It doesn't have a lot of extras, but it was comfortable and clean. I think the price might be a little too much, but everything costs more these days. Booked on Hotels.com for a stay in Florida. We travel with a pet, so of course our stay cost more. I was not aware of the $50.00 extra charge until we arrived. Comfy bed and clean bathroom close to the interstate.

Overall a great place to stay. The room was a little dirtier than I would have liked. Example, there was a full, visible, hand print on the wall, shower floor was very stained, and air was not working well. But, comfortable bed, good amenities, and very friendly staff.

I had a reservation with a specific dollar amount. I just checked my CC payment, and it was MUCH more than quoted.
Also, was told breakfast was at 6:00AM Christmas morning. Apples, oranges, packaged cereals, packaged oatmeal, packaged muffin and a bagel (nothing to put on it) were available.

Fire alarm went off at 11:30 PM and we had to get out in the rain in our car, false alarm from someone in lobby using microwave, alarm lasted close to 45 min because they could not find the key to reset,

I liked the modern feel to the hotel, the area was safe, and it was close to various shopping and dining outlets. What I didn't like was that there was no freezer in the room refrigerator. I did like the breakfast option in the morning.
