Stay was overall not too bad. Some of the pillows smelled sweaty or musty like but I brought my own blankets anyway. Food was ok. Coffee was good. Walls are not well insulated

To get too, staff was friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice. Really liked the stand up shower with the glass doors.

Nice walk in shower, room was super clean, loved that wash, shampoo etc was in full size containers easy access. All staff were friendly and helpful we have stayed here three times and never disappointed

The room was clean, beds were cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy though. The roll in shower was great for my mom who had mobility issues but the shower spray pressure was a little sub par. Overall it was a great overnight and I can do again as well as recommend.

I was given one of the worst rooms on premises. First floor, very first room with a completely handicapped shower with a flimsy curtain. I booked over a month in advance. I’m quite disappointed in the room I was given.

This was a last minute booking as the Quality Inn in the area was disgusting. The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were just as described.

I don't know where to begin. First, upon check in, I was charged for the wrong room. They started to process a reservation for someone else in my group. Once I caught that error, they proceeded to hold a full $500+ on a pre-paid room. I'm still holding my breath to be sure the charge was reversed. It's the holiday. Our room had an unpleasant odor the entire stay, making it difficult to enjoy the room. Can't change, sold out. Oh yes, then day one, the toilet stopped flushing. We decided to check out a day early, but we're not able to get a refund due to pre-payment of the room. I'm not sure I'll ever pre-pay for a room again. The risk is too great. Happy to be home.

Hotel was overbooked. We were told that we had a room and that it was just not ready yet. Upon return an hour later, our room had been given away. The night manager on duty was rude, hung up on guests on the phone, and was all too happy to see us gone.

We needed a room close the the elevator has by husband was injured and walking with a cane. We were not provided one. I was told it was close but it was near the other end of the hall. I also have ALWAYS been able to provide by IHG# upon check in and the front desk refused or did not know how. I travel for work and use IHG hotels often and have NEVER been denied that.

It was one of the cleanliness hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I was extremely impressed. Normally, I book a Hilton change, but this hotel has me not wanting to go back to the Hilton brand.

Beautiful area. Staff was super friendly. Loved the room. Especially the window treatments. Both firm and soft pillows that I love. And breakfast was super good. Flaky biscuits. Yum. Great restaurants in the area too.

Never stayed in a HDIEx before, but I am now a big fan and customer of the hotel now. I was blown away by the staff at the Fayetteville hotel. Or room was a regular king and it had plenty of room and it was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. My only drawback is, no servicing of the room the 3 days we were there and we had to go find housekeeping to get new garbage bags and towels. They were giving with a smile though.

We had a great stay at this hotel over the weekend. The lady at reception was so nice and helpful. It’s a place I will stay again when I visit Atlanta.

Nice, new hotel but very thin walls. We could hear the people above us laughing, talking, yelling at 3 a.m. Wouldn't stay here again because walls are so thin. But staff was friendly and hotel was clean, new.

My room was near the stairwell and exit door. People running in and out of the door all night and I couldn't sleep

The employees at this location made all the difference, they were outstanding and whenever we had a problem they went out of the way to help out.
The breakfast was okay, standard hotel breakfast and filling. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows, they were a little hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.. but the bed itself was good. Room was basic, no bells and whistles but accommodating. I booked a King Suite but it seemed like a basic King room... but we were okay with it.
Location is excellent if you are going to the Trilith Studios, which is just minutes away, basically right down the street. Food and shopping in downtown Fayetteville about 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic.
Overall, with the excellent service and location,
we will be back to this Holiday Inn Express & Suites location :)

It was an amazing property that came with everything needed!!! I would add vending machines down the halls and keep people with children in one area I was woke up at 2 am and 4 am with children running the halls
