Staff was awesome. I am traveling by motorcycle and like to be able to see my bike from my room so the desk front re-assigned a room with a parking spot right outside that is very well lit. Very accommodating.

I’ve stayed at 3 other hotels in the area and this was the best one.

Not a great experience, started with a dirty towel hung in our bathroom. Went to take a shower and the lever to run the water completely fell off. Then our room was overwhelmed by the smell of sewer gas and had to change rooms. So not a lot of good things to say.

Good hotel. Newish. Not a great location.

Rooms dirty. Mold in AC unit. I reported a wet carpet and was ignored. Came back from a day out and our room was not serviced. Called downstairs and was asked of I requested my room be serviced. I asked why and was told policy since covid. Another hotel using covid as an excuse to save a penny not servicing rooms but still charging top rates. Avoid this hotel if you like a clean room.

It is pretty new property and very good stay. Clean and nice place. Only issue was we booked 2 rooms and they put us on 2 different floors.? All booked by one person and under one name yet they could not put us on the same floor. when I asked us to move to the same floor they gave me all kind of excuses. I rather blame Expedia for this.

The bathroom door didn’t quite clear the floor. My husband just had back surgery, and I have arthritis. We had to shove the door to open and close it. Came back from a funeral service at 5:00 to find room hadn’t been cleaned. Asked at front desk and was told staff left at 3:00. Also, if we wanted clean towels we would have to get them from the front desk instead of delivering them to our room. I couldn’t open the shampoo to pump it out and finally had to pull the bottle off the wall. The pump wouldn’t turn to open, and I managed to twist off the pump and pour out shampoo. Upon checkout, the woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me at all. I stood in front of her and waited for her to stop using the computer, but she didn’t even glance up. I finally set the key cards on the counter and left. Positives: very nice man at the desk on Saturday evening. Liked the room set up and cleanliness.

Check in was not great. We were not given many details about where to even find the elevator. Hair in the bathtub.

It was good and the hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was also very professional.

I am very impressed with this hotel.

I can hear everything going on in the room next door, even talking and faucet running. My family and friends have stayed there before and have had the same complaint. It seems there is no sound insulation room to room. The lobby area and bar were very nice, very clean and modern.

Great stay, comfy bed, quiet, clean!!

Ample parking, lobby was spacious & smelled amazing & loved the color pallet, room was huge which was nice change from sometimes cramped compact hotel room. Entire facility was very clean.

Great stay and close to everything! Fitness room has everything you need for a great workout, small bar/restaurant has great staff and breakfast food is perfect. Desk staff was amazing!!

Hotel room was great but the constant need to request amenities was a hassle. We literally had to pick up our requested towels at the front desk. Soap and shampoo dispensers were not replenished in time so my last shower consisted of bathing with shampoo.
