Great hotel. Very new. best price. Great beds and pillows. Breakfast the usual. 1/2 mile past most hotels so probably drive to restaurants and shopping. Right off the highway.

Room was fine, closet was very small could only fit our coats. Iron did not work, had to wait until housekeeping came in the next morning to get a new iron. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very nice. Location was good but not walkable to any food or shopping.

We loved everything but the closet in the room, every time someone walked by it, it squeeked and was annoying if someone was sleeping. We told the agent when we checked out so that they can fix the noise. Other than that it was great.

Adorable, clean, comfortable for the price. The staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and flexible. Check In was a breeze, parking is easy and safe, rooms were lovely for this price and I loved the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was robust for this price point and did I mention clean? Would stay again.

The only draw back was the pool was not heated in the winter time and the hallways were freezing once you got out of pool. The hotel itself was clean and breakfast was wonderful.

The initial booking my charge was 3200$ through expedia and when I showed up to the hotel they told me my total for the whole stay was only 1370… i confirmed 4 times before signing for it and putting my card in.. the initial hold was 1370$ then they randomly started charging my card 350 here 1590 there ect. When their online site states in their procedure they do 1 initial hold for the full stay and only release it (up to 5 days after you leave) so basically this fairfield property scams and doesnt follow their own procedure via marriot. When i called to talk about it the sales manager said “this is redundant im not going to talk to you about it” then randomly ran my card for another 900$ without my permission. Bunch of scammers

Very relaxed stay! The room was very clean.
We did have some screaming kids very briefly (under 15min). You could occasionally hear people out on the patio, as well as some shutting doors.
Very good stay however! No serious complaints. :o)

Loved the whole experience the pillows marked soft and firm was the top excitement. Hard to find a great pillow when away and you had voices and markwd

I didn’t originally book this hotel, but wish I did! I had such a horrible experience at an IHG hotel that I left and went to the Fairfield. This place was perfect. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, and just an overall nice layout with nice decor. I would visit again if ever in the area and would highly suggest this over ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA.

Hotel was spacious and clean. We didn’t have any hot water in our room which made showering difficult. Water was lukewarm at best. We did reach out to the front desk who said they would have maintenance check the water heaters but hot water was not restored before we needed to check out. The hotel was not busy at all so I was surprised at the lack of hot water.

Overall ok in spite it being newly constructed hotel chain.
They should have at least kept free water bottles in the room, and the management just have a high sales pitch,

Staying at top-floor (412) - and there was an irritating noise from a big fan on the roof!
I guess this would not have happened in another room or at a different floor.

The bathroom door was broken at the top and the door knob was on backwards so I couldn't lock the door from inside. But, anyone could lock me in the bathroom. Handicap room 224

The hotel was stocked with toiletries however for some odd reason they had no soap in the showers. I asked the front desk clerk and he could only offer more shampoo and conditioner. The dispensers are in the showers but the soap was removed for lack of soap to fill them smh. Good thing there is a target across the street and other hotels willing to offer their help.

Great find! Very clean with courteous staff. Conveniently located to plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc... Close to highway.
