This hotel stay was OK. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling for a funeral. Non-down pillows were brought up to our room, when requested. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend so the hotel was full. Breakfast was fair, but poorly maintained. Had to go to front desk several times during our stay to ask for more coffee, juice, plates, etc. Milk that was out had spoiled - unfortunately discovered after taking a large drink of it! Same breakfast every morning. No variety. Front door kept getting stuck; it wouldn't slide completely open. Bar was not opened during advertised hours. Room only cleaned every 3rd day, which I guess is now the norm since COVID. Fresh towels were delivered to our room when requested. Gym/pool area didn't have any clean towels. Quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers in shower. Hotel stay was OK, just expected a little nicer stay at a Marriott.

1 med qas missing a fitted sheet the entire stay, 1 bed had old chocolate ice-cream with sprinkles dried to the head board, bathroom had black ants everywhere, floors werent vaccumed lpts of crumbs clothing strings. No extra bedding for trundle bed, we asked multiple times for. Trash was never taken out until a nice gentlemam working night shift apologized for everything brought us extra bedding and took the trash. No bathtub to bath toddlers either was a big disappointment we had to drive an hour to family to bathe our kids. Wont stay here again.

We checked into a room that we had confirmed in our reservation had 5 guests. Only 2 bath towels and one washcloth in the room. Room was dusty and dirty. While there asked for extra bedding a pillows for pull out was told they are out of pillows and would try and find bedding. There was 2 private parties each night that the hotel staff cared for about than anyone else. Parties were loud kids all through hallways running. Kids on patio throwing the lava rocks from out of fire pit. I pointed out to hotel staff and they told me to move my car if I had an issue because they wouldn’t say anything to the private party. 1am to 4am guests running our halls and slamming doors. Also our room door was extremely hard to open and we were in an ada room.

Checknin wrnt well, we were pleased with the room. Found that the beds are NOT Queen but doubles and the double is a trundle bed. I booked for 6 people and only the beds had bedding, so i called and asked if i could get two more. I was sent one set for the bottom of the trundle after about an hour and just went to bed with a sheet for the night. I asked again the next morning for another set and didnt receive it so i bought a blanket in town. Breakfast was ok, but they were unable to keep up with the food for the amount of people.

This was my third time stay in this hotel. I used to like it a lot and highly recommend to my friends. And I also invited my friends to choose this hotel and stary with us. But I was disappointed with stay this time.
This hotel is much busier and crowded than before, the room is not as clean as before. Coffee was run out at 8:15 am, barely no breakfast left at that time.
And I was also surprised found a $3 charge for the parking, the front desk didn't tell me when I checked in.

I always love staying here, the rooms are immaculate and the staff is very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the shower head was finicky and didn't have a normal setting, only hard jets or a wonky spray. But that didn't bother me — I love this hotel.

It was winter so have no opinion of property. Driveway was cleat. Only suggestion would be to have cups in bathroom. Overall found the hotel to be a very good value for price.

It was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and the building was clean. I wish there was more focus.on keeping the pool area tidy as that is a reason a lot of families come. There was a mess left in the pool area at night and it was disappointing to see it in the aame condition the next morning. There was food remnants and garbage surrounding the pool, no towels amd a lot of hairballs floating around. We skipped we swimming that morning. Also, perhaps a drain aeou d the pool floor as it was a large puddle all aeound the room.

It's clean and looks new, but there are a number of things that don't work.
Multiple outlets did not work (I woke up and my phone did not charge overnight); the shower curtain was lousy and water gets all over the floor (we asked them to replace it but they didn't), and several fixtures seemed about to fall off the wall.
The lighting in the room was almost non-existent, so it was constantly dark.
And during a social hour in the lobby, the bartender was terrible. She didn't seem at all bothered by the long line building up.

I have stayed at this property in the past and it didn’t disappoint then nor did it disappoint this time. The room amenities were worth it. The accessibility to things in the area are worth it as well.

The hotel was conveniently located, and easy to find. Overall a very pleasant experience, with a significant exception. We discovered, when getting ready in the morning, that the tub/shower wasn't draining properly. We called down to the Front Desk, and we're told that nothing could be until maintenance arrived at 9am. Unfortunately, this was after our necessary departure time, so we were all forced to shower standing in several inches of water. An unpleasant experience at best.

4th or 5th visit to this particular hotel. It only opened a couple years ago and already is looking a bit run down. The thermostat control did not work. I had to use the one on the AC unit itself. That was hard to reach and read since it is underneath the bench holding out suit cases. The hassock/ottoman was missing (they got us a replacement). The lav basin had no pop-up stopper, just the drain hole. The shower ceiling was crumbling and peeling. Shabby.

The whole hotel, reeked of marijuana to the point of nausea & i ended up with a headache From Friday to Tues. When i complained, they said they were aware of it, but there was nothing they can do, so they came & sprayed the hallway with something on the fabreez line. We couldn't have our grandchildren stay with us because i was too afraid of exposing them.To each his own but it is a non smoking Hotel. Unless you get up & 8 am there wasn't ever any breakfast left after 8:30. Would not recommend for family. I can't believe the standard for a Marriott.
You can complain till the cows come home & they don't do anything for you. Not even a bottle of water. We paid 3.42 for an 8 oz bottle of water right after we expressed our concern.

Took me half an hour to figure out why the TV wasn’t working. Had to reset the TV and Cable box. Not my job. Otherwise a nice modern and clean place to stay.

Very clean quiet and easy to find hotel. Great set up for a family of 5 with 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. Delicious free breakfast. Highly recommend.

Seemed like a very nice property but we canceled at the front desk because the water heater went out for the entire hotel. That happens, I guess. But they weren’t going to tell me when I was checking in - luckily, I overheard the person in front of me complaining. I don’t when they were planning to tell me. Then they said they were trying to call to inform us of the issue beforehand. No they didn’t. Stayed somewhere else. Ugh.

Perfectly fine hotel, nothing special but no major disappointments. A couple of stains on hallway carpets, breakfast was included but not great. Only fruit available was apples, would have appreciated more variety. I'm tall and the shower head was nice and high which is great, but the shower stream was wonky so that was disappointing.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. Bed were also comfy. Breakfast was great as well. I would definitely stay there again
