Very happy with our stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very clean and everything seemed new. Friendly staff that tried to accommodate us every step of the way. Pool was comfortable. Breakfast tasted ok, no waffle maker, but definitely had variety. Lots of places to go/shop/eat out nearby. Will want to stay here again if we are in the area.

Stay here! HPU family weekend, perfect choice. Up to date, Clean, pet friendly, great hotel, all amenities, nice breakfast, they thought of everything. We would happily come back.

This hotel was quite nice. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and all amenities were clean and available. I will stay at this hotel again and do recommend it if you are in Greensboro, NC.

Overall it was a great experience. However, the bathroom lighting stopped working late at night. Thermostat wasn’t working needed battery we had to replace them due to the fact front desk clerk didn’t know how.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Only minor improvements could elevate it to a perfect 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This was a great set up for our family, Having the kitchenette and separate spacious bedroom with a door made it easier to travel with our little ones as opposed to just one room. I did feel like I had to wipe everything down though before we could settle in (dresser drawers were especially dirty). Beds were not that comfortable, mattress kind of sank into the middle of the bed. Soundproofing between rooms was not great, people above were very loud when walking around and next door room you could hear laughing/talking when louder than normal conversation. Breakfast buffet was nice, just try not to get there right at the end as most everything is picked over at that point. Although the pool was heated, it would have been nice if it was a little bit warmer. I thought the area would be OK, but there was a homeless encampment in between this hotel and the Motel 6 next door, which was a little concerning, but never personally affected us. It felt overpriced for the overall quality.

Front desk attendant was extremely rude upon our arrival. One of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve had in a while, and the room was dirty. Strange sticky substance in the closet, remote control was sticky. Would rate this as a 2/3 star facility.

Terrible check in experience. Keep us in lobby and refused to help us for checking in. After 6 hrs drive and arrived at hotel around 10pm. We have to stay in lobby for 1 hr until the next staff. The previous staff was terrible. She was unprofessional and did not know the system. Very bad atttitude, refused to do what she should DO

Everything is OK

It was good and clean and smelled great. Only disappointment was there was no soap shampoo conditioner and no shower cap. Disappointed

The hotel itself was pretty good. The pool was a little gross. Always something weird floating in it. Room was clean--hallway could have used a vacuuming. However, there are a lot of homeless people hanging around the place. The Motel 6 right next door was questionable. Kind of noisy. Overall a 7 on my scale, but the reviews had it at a 9.2. It is definitely not a 9!

Super clean, nice staff. Only down thing the pool wasn't available to use ( something broke) and my little ones were so excited to go to the pool.

We only stayed a night, but it was a perfect space for me, my husband and our two kids.

We liked everything about the property. The accommodations was on point and it's in a very good area where anything you needed was available from any store or restaurant or surrounding area.

We were in town for youth hockey games and this hotel had the most amenities that we want and is less than a mile from the ice house
