We stayed just one night as we were traveling through the area. But, if I were ever back I would stay here again.
All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
A fun and youthful vibe with good food and beverage choices for purchase and a great lounge and dining area.

the Guests above my room constantly pounding and maintained their TV high till past 2 am, even after i advised hotel staff

Great hotel, nicely furnished, very friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful nights sleep. Room temperature was perfect, highly recommend!

My only issues were nitpicky. Bathroom light switch had sensor but did not work. Timed out while I was in the shower and I don't take long showers. It was tight with the king size bed but not uncomfortable. TV was unplugged from the TV side. When I finally got the cord in place the remote control did not control TV volume and had to get out of bed to adjust it.
Very nice experience overall. Great hot breakfast for a hotel of that size.

It was a really nice, big hotel with complimentary breakfast and the lobby was a good area for me to work after our checkout at noon. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Once again, there were issues with room service and NOTHING got done. C'mon! Why can't you be good on the basics of customer service? The same lousy service was given the last visit too! If this repeats on my third trip, I will not be generous in my review -- three strikes and you are out!

Amazing staff and friendly. Only drawback was breakfast options. For a Hilton property, I expected a little more options. You could tell guests were looking for more selection with only 2 hot items that didn’t have much taste. Everything else was great, but the free breakfast wasn’t worth the difference in cost. Also did not receive a Hilton honors bag when checking in even though they were behind the counter.

This was a couples trip, and we were just there for 1 night, but we were very pleased. The staff were welcoming when we arrived, the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the room was very well kept. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very nice, newly built and cleanly. Room was not very spacious, wasn't an issue for us as a couple. But wouldn't recommend if you are coming with a child.

The staff at this Tru Hotel were absolutely phenomenal. From checkin to breakfast all the way to checkout, every single employee was friendly, hospitable, generous and kind. We’ve traveled to many places and hotels, but this hotel truly has customer service and satisfaction figured out.

Great property. Very clean, mainly because it was so new. Check in was easy, breakfast was pretty good too! My only issues were little things with design of the room... No closet, and little to no horizontal surface space to set stuff on. This made the room feel open but was inconvenient when trying to find places to put my things. Also, the shower design made it pretty much impossible to not get the floor soaking wet when taking a shower. Thankfully this was countered by an abundance of provided towels.
