High on Price but a great place to stay. Staff are excellent, felt very safe. Breakfast excellent- chef a darling. Lots of hot water and room lovely and clean. No lift but staff will take bag up if needed.

I just wanted to say thanks to the whole team , Rafael ,Fabio, Roxana and Mariem and the whole staff , cleaning crew , were just great. So friendly , so helpful , going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They arranged our taxi pick up and also trip to the airport. They have a lovely buffet breakfast included , wifi , and the room has AC and an ensuite bathroom, the quality was very good and it was very clean. We stayed here for 2 nights , We were so happy that we are coming back at the end of our trip for one more night in Havana. If you are looking for a place to stay , you have to check this gem out. Absolutely 5 star in my opinion. Thanks guys and see you next time we are in Havana ! John and Djoan

Great place to stay in Old Havana if you want a reasonable priced 4 star Hotel/Casa. I got upgraded to the Master Suite which had a balcony and great view of the local area (a little underdeveloped but the views and noises and people are so full on, it makes it wonderful to see and hear). Note, there are a LOT of stairs and the Master Suite was on the 2nd floor, so unless youre SUPER FIT, take a moment to breathe as you go up each landing. We had a small mishap whereby the Receptionist had fallen asleep and so we had to wait 30 minutes for her to wake up and open the front door at 2pm in the morning, but she sent us personal apologetic messages the next morning. I would definitely stay again!

Great staying in Havana. In the very heart of the city with an amazing staff all the time willing to help. Taxis options, amenities, close restaurants, safe neighborhood makes this hotel a very recommended place to start your trip, get information even before arriving and being supported in all your plans.

I strongly recommend this hotel AlHabana with amazing people (Fabio & Miriam) at the reception who gave many advices like places to visit, taxi drivers contacts, etc... The Hotel is well located (5 min from Malecon) and the rooms are very clean and spacious.

The entire hotel team was very attentive, helpful, they helped me with everything and allowed me to change my room to a lower floor. Special thanks to Roxana-Rafael-Favio. Very clean rooms with amenities and refrigerator with drinks and snacks, real photos according to the reservation page, varied breakfast and very good location, excellent value for money, I definitely recommend the place to get to know the heart of Havana.

Alhabana, its staff and facilities were just amazing. We had an amazing four night's stay. Were treated with lovely breakfast every moning by two friendly chef's. Our hosts for most of the time, Roxana and Fabio, went out of their way to assist us in getting the best deals with regards to taxi's, tours ans restaurants. We felt blessed staying here. Thank you Hotel Alhabana. We hope that we'll see you again one day!

We stayed only one day at the hotel but we wished we had stayed there longer! The place is very clean and very beautiful, modern and well renovated. The neighbourhood is totally safe and located in the center of Habana which is very convinient to walk around! The room was perfect, big and clean! All the staff memebers we met were lovely but we had the pleasure to meet Fabio and get to know him better as he helped us a lot to find our way aroung and was very friendly and supportive! Tottaly recomended to stay here!

The Alhabana is very cozy and clean the staffs are very warm welcoming especially Maria she do her best to make customers happy by asking you questions about your sleep the food and every little detail you have she addresses it and makes you comfortable as possible the Area is very very safe and Al habana is in the heart of Havana you can walk to every where if you choose to or you can do trycle ride or car it your choice I walk most of my trip this is my first trip to Cuba and would not be my last and the Alhabana is where I would always stay I would recommend this to anyone who want to be in the center of attraction it worth the while and for that price and cleanliness the breakfast the restaurant food that there cook prepare for you it amazing but you have to put in your order ahead of time so they can prepare it for you so I’m saying to some people who want a nice and cozy place to stay with beautiful house staff and cleanliness safe surroundings then the Alhabana is place to go beautiful people

Very nice and well equipped room, there is a roof top that we loved and appreciated. The staff was nice and helpful. The area might not be the safest to leave the car outside for overnight but there is a closed parking house a few blocks away. Wifi signal was definitely better than in most places we stayed at. Breakfast was good, included in the price and given that you can take what you eat, you can actually have more than in other accomodations. Very good value, I absolutely recommend this property.

My journey to Cuba was previously put on hold, but I said to myself Alhabana would be the first stop no matter what and we weren't disappointed at all. Located in an excellent location, in an area full of tourist, the perfect place to start a tour of the city. After carefully planning with Roxana for months, she was able to bring to life the visions that I shared with her. She was patient and very helpful, she was so enthusiastic and excited to help me. I was grateful to have been able to stay a this hotel, the whole staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time and was also given a free upgrade to the master bedroom which looked exactly like the pictures, its an experience that you should absolutely consider if you are staying or stopping by Havana

We were here for 4 nights and we can say that it’s very good hotel. Very good location, the staff is incredible helpful and very professional.. from the front office Wendy , she is very professional , she booked taxi to varadero and she help a lot with information about habana, Jonathan helped us with good place for our evening. Also it’s very clean , our housekeeping, Lesby , she helped us to packing our suitecase, and she cleaned our room very professional, the breakfast is amazing … a big thank you also to tue front office manager Ketty.. helped us to book room for our next reservation.. Thank you so much .. definitely we will stay here again..

I was impressed by the reception, Rafael was excellent, thoroughly informative, helpful and friendly. Gave excellent information about transportation and area. Roxanne also always present and helpful even in the late hours. Breakfast was very good our server was also very attentive and provided everything needed. The room was super clean and good air conditioning, very much needed. Overall would recommend it.
