Staff was very friendly and helpful! Only downside was they missed some spots in the room.

Stayed with my mom for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. Beds were extremely comfortable, good breakfast, pretty quiet and great location.

Super easy check in and valet. Walkable to Summerfest and the Public Market. Good service, quiet part of town, and free breakfast.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton in downtown Milwaukee is a good, affordable option at a great location. You're equidistant from Downtown and the Third Ward, so it really is a good spot.
The main issue was the complimentary daily breakfast, which was really quite poor. The pre-made eggs (they were strange little flat circles) were rubbery and flavorless; the coffee was weak; the little yogurts were sugary Yoplait; the cereal was stale. I know that made-to-order eggs are a thing of the past, but if they're going to offer a hot dish, it needs to be improved here.
Service was fine, though I waited a long time to check in. The hotel seems quite understaffed.
I also asked for a hair dryer and never received it.

Being a Hilton member I was extremely disappointed with this stay. Check in was fairly easy, valet was a mess. Staff never informed about breakfast times or the difference in sides etc. Pretty much no info at all just key and room number. We went out for lunch and came back get the car valeted and waited more than 20 min before the front desk even called them and I had to ask a second time what the situation was. They told me he is valeting for 3 hotels including the the Holiday Inn next door (which is an IGH hotel). ?????? really. The room was ok clean, the counter was not, dishes were in the dishwasher, only 3 pillows on the bed, 4th was in drawer with no case, one roll of spare toilet paper, no dish cloth, no dish soap and no cream rinse in bath. The next day we came down for the car and no one was even at the front desk and valet no where to be found. There were about a half dozen people waiting. Staff arrived and called valet and valet was friendly and got the vehicle. On return there were 8 plus cars waiting to be valeted. We left and ran an errand. That was approx 4:45 pm. Sunday morning coffee was out mulitple times. We did not bother w breakfast. The manager on the Tru side of the hotel was very nice. We talked to him about that side of the hotel. It was quite confusing with the breakfast etc... since we were never informed from the start. Check out was easy and valet was available. We checked out before 11 am. Valet cost did not match service.

Hotel was nice . It was a very busy hotel. First walk in customer service the woman started checkin me in and didnt tell me any information only where the elevator was and where they serve breakfast. Nothing about valet or anything. The valet was seperate from the hotel, service was terrible only one person working it was very busy

The free breakfast left much to be desired. Valet was very slow. Otherwise, rooms and property looked nearly brand new and the room had everything I needed.

One person to run whole place. He was trying his best!
Room, parking, breakfast, awful.
Sad, we used to always like staying at the hotels

Great hotel to stay at. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Location was mediocre at best. Our room was not ready at checkin time. Waiting 30 minutes to get into a room.

Our room wasn’t cleaned throughout our five night stay. Which I would’ve been okay with if someone had at least delivered toilet paper or towels, or emptied our trash occasionally. We had to go to the main desk for supplies whenever we ran out.

Had great time in the hotel
Everything was perfect

Amazing place to stay, definitely recommend it!

There's no free parking, only valet parking for something like $36, and when we were given our first room keys it brough us to a dirty room. Second room was clean but the bathroom door didn't close all the way.

No pool and no parking lot. Parking ramp $24 / night to park. Other than that was a good place to stay for the cost.

Check in was down so waited to get check in. No sense of order when computers were up. Our hallway was up at all hours blasting nusuc and talking loudly. Had to call the front desk three times, once at 11pm, 3am and 5am. Should have been one warning only and then some other consequence.

The front desk lady was amazing. Maintenance in the room was not. The rooms itself weren't very clean. The basics were, but not the floor boards or other not so common areas.

Overall this was a nice hotel - clean, new and a good location. The only downsides were an understaffed front desk and lack of sound proofing in the walls.

Was very happy with service. Jennifer at the front desk was very pleasant. All the valets we’re extremely helpfuland Carson in valet was excellent. Mark in food service was very personable.

Parking was terrible and valet was expensive. Hotel
Was nice. Food options were bad late night

When we arrived, we were told that their system was down, and we could not get the keys to our room. So they had to go physically let us into our room, which was fine. When we went down later to get our key cards, they simply asked us what room we were in. We were not required to show any form of identification. Or even state our names. Anyone could’ve gotten keys to our room. Our sheets on the bed had a stain on them. Dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. Unsure if sheets were even changed from previous guests.

Great staff up front, close to where I needed to be. Good stay!

Great facility, great staff, walkable to many great restaurants. Only complaint was breakfast was noted to be 7-10 Sunday morning and it wasn’t open until 7:15, this was inconvenient because we had to be at volleyball by 7:20 and had to pay for breakfast elsewhere.

The place was outstanding in every way. The only complaint was parking...valet only was a pain and expensive.

Truly a delightful stay. The only thing missing was meat options at breakfast. They have a wonderful selection with melt-in-your-mouth cheese omelets, make-your-own waffles, but bacon and sausage would make it complete. Otherwise, terrific stay!

Great breakfast, great room amenities and layout. Big fridge and microwave! Super friendly kind staff. Hard to find these
days.

Really enjoyed the property in general. Only downside is the parking garage ($25 a night) is behind the building and not easily assessable to the hotel. You need to either walk around the building or in an alley to get to the hotel from parking garage. Not ideal especially if you are alone.
Staff was helpful and breakfast was great.

Parking is a block away - in the winter and sidewalks not cleared. Front of hotel not cleared of snow and climbing over ice by the street. Hard to fathom why a valet is not available until February 1st according to the front desk.
8.0
No, there is no restaurant on this property. closest ones is a few blocks away but unfortunately I was here during a major snowstorm. The snacks upfront cost money, so make sure to bring your own. The room was extremely large for a hotel room, which made it a lot easier getting some girls ready for a dance competition.
4.0
Key to room didn’t work. Check in at front desk was complicated as I could barely understand staff.
2.0
Parking lot very inconvenient. Hotel should consider some kind of easier access to garage. Very clean; bed slightly uncomfortable; great pillows; Not great experience at front desk. At check-in, front desk agent was on phone (hotel, not personal) and took about 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence. A finger up to indicate "just a minute" or even a smile would have sufficed. However, the nice woman working the breakfast area Tuesday Jan 16 was exceptionally welcoming. They should put her at the front desk.
