Horrible customer service. Due to weather, my reservation was cancelled and NONONE had the decency to give me a call to explain the cancellation. I had to start making phone calls at 1am trying to find a place to stay, since I has 5 hours from home.

Was there when the storm hit and the hotel didn’t have lights water nor air. Was told the generator worked for the lobby and elevator. We asked to charge our phones in the lobby and was told the generator didn’t cover that. My daughter had another room Asked about cleaning their room I.e clean sheets and that never happened. It was a bad experience. We called around other hotels had generator that kicked in but they were booked. We checked out early and went back to our homes out of state immediately after our grandmother’s funeral.

Stay was good. Few things we did not like is the view was to the construction site. Room had a smell of cleaning chemicals, it was unpleasant.
Hotel charged $15 per night for parking.

Really like the King Studio Suite room! Unfortunately, the microwave didn’t work. That was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, I was very happy with the Hyatt House.

Family trip / celebration for college student & wanted to be close to FAMU …. Great location and very walkable, very pleasantly surprised 😊

Overall you cant beat the location. Finally a hotel walking distance to FAMU. Parking and breakfast included in your rate. The bar makes surprisingly good cocktails.

Needed to extend stay, was told to book on new booking. I check in telling them. Was told they were combining reservations but may need new keys tomorrow. Rather than go to room i went to get new keys was told they didnt combine reservations and they dont have a room. The employee that was combining them canceled 2nd reservation. They had no room then.

Other than checking in our stay was nice. Check in was 3 and our room was not available until 9:00. After a long day of driving, sitting in the lobby was not ideal. I was told that my room would be ready in about 30 minutes. After waiting 2 hours in the lobby, we decided to go to dinner. The staff promised me they would call me when it was ready. I never received a phone call. Other than that the room was nice and clean and was a quiet hotel.

Not so good as i was charged twice by the hotel due to front desk clerical error as they canceled my booking as i paid through a 3rd party. Since the hotel made the error and lied about the timing of the error which cause me to pay twice. The booking agent would not refund me for my 2nd stay so i paid close to $500 instead of approximately $250

The 2 queen suite was great for our family of 4. Lots of space to stretch out. Pull out couch was not comfortable, so teenager slept on the couch instead. Loved the eco friendly shampoo/conditioner/soap shower dispensers. Great property.

Our stay was perfection. From the polite front desk staff to the amazing room (love the swivel tv!) to the quiet and cleanliness- it was a great stay and we’ve already booked to stay again at graduation in a few months. This is our new Tallahassee go-to place to stay!

Staff was friendly and responsive to our requests we found dirty linen in the closet but when reported situation was corrected and a credit was given to pour bill

Everything was good, only issue I had was with the people staying above us. The entire night they where making loud noises and dropping things. I didn’t sleep much. In the morning I spoke to the receptionist about it and she said she was going to talk to them. I told her there’s no point if I’m checking out already.

This was a nice hotel but it seemed they were short of staff to thoroughly clean the rooms. The fridge was still dirty and the bathroom mirror and artwork and walls still had dried water marks and handprints left on them. The dining was closed the day we came and the breakfast was good but things were missing and not being attended to very well. The area outside was noisy with cars and trucks being loaded and unloaded and construction. The area seemed a little sketch for our liking

We loved how the space in the room was organized. Our daughter attends FSU, we walked to her apartment from the hotel. Very friendly front staff! Great gym, very clean pool and loved having the breakfast included!
