Front desk staff was friendly and quick to check in. Hotel looks brand new yet, Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend if needing place to stay in the LaCrosse area!

My wife and I both have service dogs. I am a veteran. It was 2:00 am in the morning when we checked in.
My company booked the room.
I brought the dogs in later.
I was told I wouldn’t be charged but I had to fill out a form … that disclosed the fee.
My wife called again to explain it… They threatened to charge us $300 … told us we could never come back … My wife asked the name of the employee … she said she would not give it and hung up

Our tv wasn’t working and although we didn’t tell the front desk, it seems like something that should be checked from one guest to the next.

I needed to cancel because my husband got injured and couldn't travel. You wouldn't consider refunding me at all, non refundable is what I was told.

The room cost quite a bit, but was very clean and comfortable. I wish breakfast ran a little later too. Very close to the college! I would definitely stay again.

The facility was generally fine and clean. However, the sink stopper in our bathroom was shut and the lever that operates it was detached. Had to reach under the sink to open the drain. The thermostat was set at 65 degrees at night, which was fine. But it failed to respond when we attempted to warm the room to 70 degrees while showering and getting dressed in the morning. The free breakfast was just okay.

This place was ahhhhmazing!! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the shower was great and the hotel was very quiet!! The breakfast was awesome and they even had Udi’s gluten free muffins for breakfast and that says a lot, being Celiac there are never options for

Very clean and new. Lots of nice amenities in the motel. Close to shopping/food. Two drawbacks were loud highway noise at night (our room was on the highway side) and the mini refrigerator was not adjustable and some of the the food/drinks froze.

the staff were all VERY polite and addressed all of my questions. Staying at this location seemed really effortless and was a really good experience all the way around.

Staff, especially general manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and discriminatory against those w disabilities. I had a medical procedure and needed new linens to which I was laughed at, belittled and shamed in front of other guests and denied linens after disclosing all relevant health information as to the need for the change. I was in complete shock and horrified at the treatment I received not once but three times by two different staff members. The staff at this location (directly across the street from Mayo Clinic) we’re disgusted by the thought of my getting my germs on more pillows despite that being the doctors orders- change all toothbrushes, linens, pillows after day one of two of treatment. I disclosed more personal health information than necessary and received worse treatment after disclosing that information. I will NEVER stay at an IHG property again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was really helpful and so nice. The beds were comfortable. I have a bad back and cannot sleep on a firm mattress. I had a very comfortable night sleep. The pool area is small, but they utilize the space well and they even have a kids splash pad with slide. We slept in so missed breakfast, but there were plates, silverware, and coffee out all the time. When we ordered food and they forget to send plates we could access them in the breakfast area. Adding it to my favorite hotels. We will be staying her again.

After first night, beds and room was not cleaned or beds made. 2nd night only one bed made.

The beds were very comfortable. I don't sleep well on a hard mattress and the mattresses were soft. The breakfast was e,xcellent and everyone was so nice. It was nice to have someone say "good morning and welcome to breakfast".

I love this Hotel it is always clean and the service is top notch, I was disappointment of the WiFi and not the ability to cast to the hotel TV, which is the amenities why I book at this hotel.

I really like that you can sit in the hot tub and still be able to watch kids in the pool and the slide area at the same time. Breakfast had many options. Friendly Staff. We will defiantly come again.
I didn't like that the room had no bathtub, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, and the sink was up too high for kids.

It was very clean, had a great breakfast, and it was in walking distance of a couple of restaurants. The pool and hot tub were also great. We enjoyed our stay!
