The staff on check were very pleasant and helpful. It is an older hotel so I hoped for a clean room and comfortable bed just staying one evening. Unfortunately the bathroom was was not cleaned from the the previous guest stay. The bed and bed room were both clean and comfortable.

Good stay. Too much light coming in around the curtains. Bathroom could have used a good cleaning. Old socks left in shower. Towels were ruff. You get what you pay for.

There were dirty wash rags in the shower and the comforter was not clean. The non smoking roo smelled like an ash tray. I could keep going on but all in all I wouldn't recommend.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. However, the tub and vents were not clean, the bathroom doorknob/lock was broken, the sound carries through the walls so thin I was awake most of the night with the loud noises and coming and going from those in the next room from 12:30 - 2:30 pm and off and on from there.

New ownership people in and out noisy yelling blasting music in the parking lot thought i was at the club not a motel. Couldn't sleep at all from the activity so I left early. If your looking for a place to rest don't go if your looking for a place to party have at it

This little motel was just what I needed. A clean quiet affordable room. The shower was odd--the shower curtain was too short so the floor flooded even when I was careful to not splash and the shower head and handle was loose in the wall--just some minor problems. Otherwise it was great for what I needed---and DAILY service with clean towels. I'd stay here again as a single senior woman traveling alone..

The person that checked me in was extremely nice. The facility was older but very nice. The room was very clean and smelled great. The A/C worked perfectly. The only problem was the coffee pot didn't work, but a gas station was just a block away. The area is on the main road, gas station and places to eat within walking distance. Great place to stay. The price was great also. Definitely will stay there again.

At this price point, expectations are usually quite low. However, the Regal Inn far surpassed our expectations! Although the room and bathroom were small, it was clean, comfortable, smelled great, and we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms even though they were occupied. The rooms have all been refurbished recently and actually look just like the pictures. Staying here was a good choice! Also, there's a diner about 1 minute (walk) away called Garret's Wrangler or something like that which has fantastic food and service.

The Regal Inn was super clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Service desk was very attentive and efficient....pricing is awesome, overall a great deal!

The Regal was clean, spacious, friendly, convenient and a better value than motels twice the price. I will definitely stay here again.

Love every minute and every second of the peaceful and quiet time here n ponca city while seeing my children.

We were visiting family for two days and just needed a place to sleep and a shower. We didn't need breakfast, a pool and a boatload of cable stations.
That's what you get which was fine. The person who checked us is very nice. We felt safe and the parking was good. It's close to restaurants and shopping.
My wife and I generally stay at hotels with more amenities, but it was not necessary. We were gone from morning to late evening, so why pay for what you don't need. It was clean and comfortable.

I liked the one story. Have a pet. cane be a hassle going up and down stairs. Owners very helpful.

Was able to check in after midnight without any issues. The room was clean and AC cooled room quickly. The bed/mattress was perfect! Wish I could have taken it with me.

The hotel was a bit rough, but for $50, I was trying not to be too picky. The photos on the website look significantly better than the in-person quality. I ended up checking out early because there was a man looking through the curtains, that didn’t completely cover the window.I was by myself and did n’t feel safe. That isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault but the area is a little bit sketchy. The guy working in the office was nice.
