I find comfort in safety however, I left my reading eyeglasses in the hotel and never recovered it. Also, I was given misinformation and was charged inappropriately.

Have stayed her four times now and it is my go to in Vegas. However this trip the pool was pretty full and the only seats available were paid seats. Is this spirit airlines now? I have to pay to have a seat at the pool, not a cabana but a chair?? Total turn off

My stay was for 4 days for business. Good location between the strip and downtown. I booked it because of the food court, however only 7 food stalls were open the whole time. Most were asian food, a chicken place that was not good at all, and a bbq place. Would have liked more options to eat. The other restaurants were extremely expensive. Hotel room was clean, internet was good, no complaints there.

Second time staying here where:
-checkin too over 40 minutes
-there was a discrepancy with the price we were told through hotels.com
-the pool was closed but still charged the resort fees for each day

we were up-graded to the Crockfords. Very lovely. Front desk staff was excellent and all other staff were so friendly

It was my 40th birthday. They gave me a upgrade in the room room with fabulous. Best thing I ever had in Las Vegas.

It would hep to have water, coffee & tea amenities in the room.
The guest services by an IA not customer friendly.

Loved it! Absolutely amazing stay!

Stayed in one of the suites and was pleasantly surprised by all that it had to offer spacious comfortable and clean. Automated systems including drapes and the best sunrise view out of that room with the mountains in the backdrop

Great hotel…terribly slow check in process

Over 45 minutes to check in. Completely unacceptable. There were only two agents at the desk. I called the resort to ask why this was the case and the person who answered the phone told me it wasn’t their problem. So my first experience upon entry was horrific. Luckily, I’ve stayed at this property a few times and I enjoy it. But shame on you, Conrad.

We normally stay at the Encore or Wynn, but their rooms we more expensive than usual. I decided to book a room at Conrad and save some money. My husband was not happy about it and even spent our flight looking up available rooms at the Wynn. He changed his tune the minute we walked into the lobby and actually thanked me when we got up to our room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. All the dining options on the property made it such a convenient trip since we didn’t have to wander far. Highly recommend and will be returning!

While the hotel is newer, the comfort level is 3. The towels were a bit rough and the pillows too soft and uncomfortable. We usually stay in hotels about 60 days out of the year and have been to numbers in and out of the country.

Originally booked a normal room but they upgraded my family to a full suite for a small fee. The room size went from 500 sq ft to over 1000 sq ft. It was an amazing room overlooking the strip. Loved the resort. It was bright and spacious, unlike some of the older hotels on the Las Vegas Blvd.

Great Hotel, brand new, lots of food options.

Everything was very good with our stay. Staff was very friendly, Casino was clean,
Was very surprised and happy that, even though you allow smoking, it felt like it was a non-smoking casino. Also, appreciate the fact that your resorts fees are very reasonable.

We were disappointed in the conditions of the room. Veneer peeling off different furniture. Somewhat dated. Not a deal breaker but it shouldn’t have been like that. Mattress was so bad. My back still hurts from sleeping on it form4 days. The lobby is nice and separate from the Hilton. It was an ok stay. Casino nice. Food options were Asian or Juniors. Need more variety.

Our room had a hole punched in the wall, we tried calling and had to call multiple times just to get a person to pick up. They didn’t move us or even call back after saying they would. Other times calling same thing, there is no one there to answer your service calls. We stayed in one of their suites and it’s a really nice size room and we liked that it’s not super crowded but the service was really poor.

absolutely loved the location and all the amendenties the resort came with. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is seeking a luxury experience stay in las vegas that is close to everything in addition to the strip.

The level of service for the lux environment does not necessarily correlate. Room service is through Doordash, luggage has to be called for after check in, Front Desk check in was borderline rude. Will not be staying at the Conrad next business trip. Very disappointing.

Its a little away from othe casino's, but it is a beautiful hotel. So many choices for food and drinks

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in! Everything was beyond amazing! The room, the view, the services from the front desk, shopping and dining experience. This is the perfect getaway for someone that wants everything at their fingertips without having to leave the property.

Nothing special for the premium price.
We had to change rooms during our stay and they said they'd text when the room was ready - they never did.
Pool was the highlight except the hours were ridiculously restricted during our stay, closing at 4pm.

Reception for front desk can be better. I don’t fell much different from Hilton and Conrad

Was excited to be staying in a new hotel as most on the strip are really showing their age. The Conrad was beautiful, great amenities in the room, fabulous customer service from bell desk and plenty of options for food. We are so excited to come back and stay again. For reference, we previously would stay at PH and our stay at the Conrad was in the king 1 bed/2 bath suite.

All-in-all, I was initially impressed with my first stay at resorts world. Rooms were good size, elevators were quick, a lot of on-site accommodations. I like having the LV loop there too for when I’m working at the convention center.
I had a really frustrating experience trying to check my bags at the bell desk the morning of checkout though. I waited a minute or two at the Bell Desk but no one was there. I went to ask the girls at the front desk if they could send someone over and they told me that I had to go outside to valet for that this morning. Why no sign at the desk if that was the case?! Dragged my two heavy bags outside myself. I got out to the valet and asked about bell check and the attendant told me that I would have to go inside to the bell desk. I explained to her that I was just told to come outside and she rudely responded “well, the front desk doesn’t know what they are talking about, I don’t have any means of getting your bags taken here.” So I lugged my stuff back inside and informed the front desk that the valet would not help me. The girls just stared at me and did nothing…now I’m running late for getting to the convention center and I’m panicked and upset. I eventually was able to wander and find a nice employee who was kind and offered to help me. He did inform me that the bell desk WAS in fact outside at valet in the morning but he told me to stay where I was and he would send someone over. Better staff communication is sorely needed!

Everything about it was great!!

The hotel was great, but the hidden resort fee was misleading when I booked the rooms. It should be clearer re the fee rather than letting me think I had one price but when checking in I had to pay and additional $100.

The property is new and clean. Check in was a breeze. Staff were very friendly. Room was well appointed. I would be back again!

At check in we were told the property was “fully committed” and we could not get the King Premium Strip View room we booked. We pushed and they “found a room”. Maid service did not happen on our first day so the next day we called the front desk to ask that the room be made up since it hadn’t been the previous day - they apologized and said they send someone right up - never happened. I had to find a maid in the hall to get extra towels.

Check-in was very confusing. Tried the app, did not work. Waste of time. Went up the wrong tower elevators. Had to be personally escorted quite a way to the correct one. Access to the pool floor did not work. Had to get new key cards. Went for drinks in the lounge upstairs. Not great service. On the plus side, we were upgraded to a suite that was lovely, clean and quiet.

Stood in line for 30 minutes with about four or five of us in line. Get to the front of the line finally to check in and they don’t have my room. Would never come here again.
