Exceptionally convenient hotel for early morning flight returning to Sydney. Comfortable, spacious room with view of airport. No airport noise in the room. Excellent service providing shuttle at 2:30am and free takeaway breakfast. 100% recommendation

The hotel itself is nice but I was given a room that already had someone else in it! Can you imagine my surprise that after 20h flying I open the door of my hotel room and found someone else in the bed?!

I was going to give this hotel a very good rating until the Shuttle Transport Messed up my stay. Hotel nice, clean everything works as it shoud, etc. Food in restaurant is decent. HOWEVER, the airport shuttle and driver STINK ! I was flying out of Terminal 3. Driver drops me off at Terminal 2 even though he could have driven me to Terminal 3. Tells me I have to take a bus to Terminal 3 but really no explanation as to where to take it. No signs anywhere. I had to walk about 1/2 mile to Terminal 2 pulling my heavy carryon and back pack and I have a recently operated knee. This was not a pleasant experience. Also the driver drove like a moron, Speeding taking turns really fast. I suggest you skip the Shuttle and take a Taxi to the airport, they will take you to the terminal you want and in a much safer way its not a long drive. Would I Stay Here Again ? YES, but NOT use the hotel Shuttle to get to the airport.

Took the hotel transport from hotel to airport and the bus was extremely hot. The AC wasn't working and the diver didn't do anything to make it cooler, luckily the drive was about 10 minutes.

I had to wait more than 30 minutes and later they sent me to another hotel with no explanation. I had to walk at least 2 blocks with my bags.

Great accommodation and conveniently close to the airport for a stopover and rest. Quick check-in/check-out. Shuttle to the airport every 30 min. Reasonable price.

Close to airport, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced room, decent food in restaurant. Friendly staff, OK little fitness room, airport noise wasn't an issue, and I was able to stay until 6pm for an extra $35. Only downside was having to take an Uber to Terminal 3 as the shuttle only goes to Terminal 2, but overall an excellent stay - would visit again if needed.

Check in quick, good rates, building seems to be in good repair. As a lark paid for a buffet dinner which was surprisingly good with excellent salads and desserts. Meat option very nicely seasoned, salmon over cooked. Room was acceptable, save the twin beds were somewhat under par for this price range, half size pillows that do not provide much in the way ifhead support, hard mattresses. The location is good for those requiring proximity to GRU airport. All in all average in price range. Good customer service, above average food in attached restaurant, somewhat under par in room comfort ie beds could be better. Internet tetchy but fast.

My wife stays here all the time, but evidently the management has changed and things have gone downhill. We stay here many times, but it looks like it’s really gone downhill. Very bad terrible

It is a very good option for overnight stays when travelling. I stayed in the property several times when in transit to other destinations. It is good value for the price paid. The area around the airport is more of a business area and there are not available restaurants to eat. The one at the hotel is fine.

Shuttle bus was ok, promptly on time. It operates 22 hours with a one hour interval. 330am and 330pm there is no shuttle from hotel if i can recall back. Overall hotel facilities is new. Though near airport, didnt really hear airplanes flying past in the room. The hotel is also a 6 minute walk to the bus terminal and a 8 minute walk to the train station to Luz. Overall feels safe. There is ATM at the bus station if you need cash.

Very close to the São Paulo airport. Very clean and the beds are very confortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent property except the BED. It’s like sleeping on a plastic pad. I know you must have protection for the mattress but you need to “ Gordtrx” or a cotton mattress pad which can be washed. I think I misspelled Gortex. But everything else is excellent. Clean fresh nice
