Loved it great place to stat

Clean and comfortable, did run out of toilet paper the second day, but easily got resupplied.

During our entire stay the water was ice cold! Themorning front desk clerk was cold as well . Barely smile. He greeted us with a bland facial expression. He behaved as if we were suspicious people. We have chosen to stay at Hyatt Place for years. Perhaps we should choose another establishment.

I love the Hyatt at Pittsburgh airport so my expectation was high. Such a disappointment! There was no hot water…lukewarm at best. Staff was difficult to find as no one was manning the front desk except at checkout time. When staff was located we were told that they were aware of the problem and plumber was working on it. Never did get hot! Should have left the first day. Shower doors would not stay closed. Had to brace them with wash cloth stuffed between doors. Had to track down our own towels. Breakfast bar was terrible. Hot food was not hot. Fruit cups were so old they were watery and fruit was translucent. Ugh. Contacted corporate and got a “I’m sorry. Will look into it. You may have my phone number to contact me directly next time you have a problem.” Will never stay at this Hyatt again. Should have received a discount if not refund.

Nice 1-night stay on our trip from Minnesota to South Florida. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, for family of 6.

Passing through for the holidays. Very nice beds and breakfast was great. I also loved the noon check out time. Only thing I wish is that breakfast was a little longer like 10 or 11.

Overall impressed with this stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are firm. Doors are very very loud!!

Beautiful modern hotel. Unfortunately the hot water was not working in the entire hotel.

Obviously rating is always a part after staying! Would Recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling to Nashville! It’s 30min drive from BNA Airport! Shopping centers are Close-By ! As I didn’t rent a car this time in Nashville,.. pretty much accommodated by walking to shops & mall area ! The breakfast @ Hyatt could be made a little better ! Although service at the Breakfast area in terms of Cleanliness is High Rank ! The Climate Control is with-in the room , which is welcomed for you could control the thermostat for lower temperatures @ night for a Good Sleep ! Or adequately heat your room to a desired level ! The faculty is closer to GayLord Christmas Lighting,.. a place to visit during Christmas! Overall will give a 4.5 Stars !( out of 5 stars !)

There was no hot shower all weekend in our room. Management initially offered a 50% discount but when we checked out and they realized that the booking was done through hotels.com they changed there mind and said that refunds are not possible.

The room was very clean & quite comfortable except for 1 thing. There was no hot water! I don't know if there was something wrong with it or it was a result of being on the top floor. I complained at the desk the 1st morning & was told it would be fixed that day. The very nice lady asked if I wanted to change rooms if they couldn't get it fixed & I said yes then left for the day. When I got back after work, I didn't think about it because I assumed it would be fixed & went to my room. I got changed & went to wash my hands. Still no hot water! At that point, I had to decide whether I wanted to get dressed, go back downstairs, get a different room, pack everything up, & move or just live with it for one more night. I chose to stay put at that point. When I went down to check out the next morning, the young woman at the desk said that they had been waiting for me to let them know I wanted to change rooms but I never did so they assumed I was happy w/cold water. I said it was supposed to be fixed & she said their manitenance man was out sick with flu so they didn't even look at it. I mentioned that the water finally got slightly warm after I let it run for 10 minutes & she said the owner was fine with wasting water like that everytime. She offered no apology or concern. It would have been nice if someone had let me know that they hadn't fixed it before !

Nice hotel, lovely spacious rooms. Looks quite new with nice design. The area is nice as well and safe.

It's in a good area. It's new, clean, and pleasant. I would stay again.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our mattress had some stains on it but I am assuming it is from someone hurting themselves on the corner edge of the bedside table. The corner is very sharp and I hit my elbow when I was sleeping. More space is needed between the middle bedside table and the beds in my opinion. Other than that we had no complaints. Breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary offering and parking was always available. The pool was closed for the season but it looked nice as did the fitness area.

Didnt have along stay hut the property was wonderful, the rooms were excellent and despite our late late arrival, the desk staff was cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a nice selection on the bar (including avacado halves for avacado toast!!!)

Only con would be water pressure as we were on 4th floor and shower volume was quite minimal.

Hyatt Place hotels are consistent- similar layouts and features. The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bar and included breakfast. Although the plastic tableware is a disappointment.

This hotel is clean and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and my niece's college. We will be back, although I do hope its not when a soccer tournament is happening!

The stay was great but there was only one problem. No easily accessible outlets or usb ports on either side of the bed. Other than that it is a great property.

My stay was great, and I felt safe comfortable as I was traveling solo. The exercise room was well equipped but very warm and no cleaning/disinfecting materials other than a sanitizer gel dispenser.

Good stay with the family.

This was a great quiet hotel. Very clean great hot water and water pressure in the shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My girlfriend and I came to visit some friends in Murfreesboro. When we arrived to the hotel, our room wasn't prepared. They told us to come back in a few hours. We left and got lunch, rode around town, and returned about 2 to 2.5 hours later. Our room had apparently been pre-booked by someone else, and they had us wait in the lobby. I assume they flipped a room real quick while we waited. When we got to the room, it wasn't very clean. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, and there was no soap or shampoo in the shower. The hotel only cleans the rooms every four days per the info sheet they gave me. Our room had two towels. This required us to ask for fresh towels every day. I also asked them to clean our room in the middle of our stay. They said they would, but they didn't. We ended up with a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom at the end of our week in the Boro. The hotel staff seemed to be inattentive and dismissive of my concerns when I voiced them. Parking was tough as well due to multiple people double parking and having a truck with a trailer taking up 8 spots. Part of my reservation was for a parking spot. I don't appreciate paying $700 for my stay at the hotel and being told to park at a bank down the street. I'd consider staying elsewhere in Murfreesboro. The hotel facility itself was decent, but the service was subpar all around.
