Great location. Best view in town. Very clean. Friendly helpful stuff. Definitely a two star hotel. No full size mirror in the rooms. Very hard mattress. Not tissues. The only trash can is in the bathroom.

Beautiful place however never informed me about the sanitation issues with the toilet, having to place used sanitary tissue in a bucket is gross and unhealthy

The location of the property is truly amazing. The sweeping views of Thira and the Caldera are as advertised. The apartment was quiet, and the beds and seating area near the window were comfortable. There is a small refrigerator to store water and food, but there is technically no kitchen. We had a nice stay and the host is readily available, and she stopped by many times to make sure things were going well.

Good thing about the property is they contacted me and told me they don't have reception desk, so I need to call them when I arrive, I didn't know it at all.
The property is middle of upward hill with very nice view. Need to walk ~20 meters upward after taxi, be prepared for it.
This is not a hotel since no reception, not a B&B since not serving breakfast, not a apartment since no kitchen.

Beautiful location and view. Maybe add a trash can as there is only one in the bathroom. Woman met us with a key, so it will help her and yourself to update any later arrivals. She

It was a great location - east to drive to the location and take luggage. Great view and walking distance to city center and town.
But the apartment is dark not much lighting inside. Bathroom is very dark and there was a wall cut from some renovation.
The lady who was managing the apartment was nice and responsive.
During our stay one night the owner walked into our apartment without knocking the door - which was very weird.

Excellent location, breathtaking views, cute room, and Tina was v responsive, she also organized our ride back and forth from the airport.
She responded right away, and we had a great stay. Will recommend this kitty villa to everyone

Excellent accomodation overlooking the caldera, views fanstasic of volcano, caldera, cruise ships etc, rooms well maintained and cleaned to high standard, fresh towels daily, bedding changed every couple of days, very clean, very nice and high standard. Walk into centre of resorts 4 mins maximum,Amazing place to stay with friendly, non obtusive service

This property has amazing views and is so beautiful. Our room was one of the top rooms with a private patio and the sunset was amazing to watch from there! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. It was close to shopping and food and the bus stop was just a quick walk away. I would come back for sure! You will not be disappointed.
