Check in was fine. Room was clean. Air conditioner extremely noisy. It had a constant loud humbling and rattling. The shower head sprayed water just about everywhere but down. They put the head on an arm the is so high I could barely reach it to see if I could change the setting. I am 5’11”. Went to get I and both machines were broken. Check out was ok. The guy who was there mumbled and I couldn’t understand him. Thank god I pre-paid. I visit Saint Petersburg frequently, I am going to be looking for a different hotel for the future.

Hotel and room were very nice, clean modern design and comfortable. However, the hotel entrance door on the main floor, at the north end of the building, slammed shut with a loud bang, whenever someone went thru it. This made sleeping in impossible for anyone in rooms 101, 102, 103, and 104 as the noise continued throughout the morning beginning around 7am.

I didn’t know this was a pet friendly property. But the staff kept it nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the constant dog barking from the room next door.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Breakfast was great as well as the staff that prepared it.

Our familky loved visiting the Hampton Inn in Pinallas Park, the only thing we wished was that the pool was heated. Having the pool is one of the biggest perks when on vacation especially in FL. -Mallory Hahn-Monetti

Had a great stay here with my husband. We came to St. Pete for a concert, but didn't get a hotel until last minute. This Hampton Inn is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice!
We'll definitely stay here again in the future based on our experience.

The staff was helpful, especially the ladies handling breakfast. They were great. My issue is that the hallways by the rooms smelled so bad like they need a good shampoo. Everything is so modern and clean but when you get to the hallway the smell of dust punches you in the face.

The property was great. However, upon check-in I was charged for tax on the room. The staff person said it wasn't communicated to the property that what I had already paid Expedia included the tax. Just beware of the hidden costs. I should know better than going through Expedia.
