If you need a bed and a shower, “ok” don’t expect to get a breakfast, unless stale cereal and packaged donuts are your thing, or as the attendant described it

Terrible hotel - do not stay here. Worst service from the front counter person I have ever experienced, read other reviews. The owners do not value customers and will treat you poorly

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside of hotel looks a little on the run down side but hotel rooms were very clean and nice looking. Would start again.

The check in was terrible. The front desk clerk refused to let me in the lobby. It was 9:45 at night, in January, in Colorado. One of the beds had black hairs on the sheet when I pulled the covers back. There wasn't any milk for the cereal, no juice, no bread, so don't plan on actually being able to eat at the continental breakfast

It was clean and comfortable. The owners were loud and argumentative, amongst themselves and to customers. Dishonest, contradicting each other.

Staff had speaker phone conversation outside my door @ 0700 waking me up then kept trying to clean my room before 0900 TV didn’t work staff tried to fix went out again late.Lots of noise very difficult to sleep there.

The people in this hotel that were the owners with a friendliest people I think I have ever met. Always helpful, always smiling, very courteous. The property in itself is in the process of updating. The rooms were very clean and very modern. We enjoyed our stay in the place is dog friendly. However, there was one misunderstanding. My understanding from hotels.com said that this was a $20 per accommodation dog feed. It is not. It is $25 per night. Keep that in mind.

So pullin in you see a sign that says “be pleasantly surprised”…and that’s exactly what happened! The rooms are newly remodeled and they are beautiful!! They put me on the back side of the building where “pets” stay so I didn’t have to worry about disturbing non pet guest which was a delight and then if you have the pleasure of meeting who I believe is the manager ..Sila, she’s just so sweat and welcoming. Honestly can’t say enough good about my stay, will definitely be staying here again and every time I’m in grand junction!

Our room had not been cleaned properly. There were clothes left in a drawer from the previous guest and one of the bedside tables had something sticky on it. In addition there was no hair dryer in the room and the TV had been set to an infomercial on investing and wouldn’t switch back to the channel guide. The night manager did bring over a hair dryer, did collect the clothes, and did fix the TV; however, he was obviously annoyed more with me as complainant than with the room condition. Would recommend to friends they avoid this Baymont hotel.

The room smelled of old stale cigarettes.
The lock on the door was broken. Looked like it was kicked in. Had to place furniture in front of the door. Our room faced a dirty filled in old pool area. No refrigerator. Poor outside lighting.

I think a good motel or hotels experience starts with the staff and these gentlemen were wonderful. Easy and cheap didn’t make me think I was sacrificing comfort once I was settled in. Maybe some fly traps in general for guests to set up would be nice though.

The beds are very confortable but the carpet was cluttered with some trash and not cleaned. The bathroom was very clean. Had a good nights sleep. TV works fine, very few outlets but OK. I would not take my wife there.

If you are looking for frills this isn’t the place to stay. But if you are looking for a clean place to lay your head for a night this will do. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast Location is a bit run down but the linens were nice

This property was recently updated and was clean. The beds were older and some blankets would have been nice.
The staff was not the friendliest when checking in no matter the effort put out but not a big deal. I found it odd that when I went out for coffee at 930am, I was approached by 2 different employees asking me if I was leaving? It was uncomfortable and weird. Still, I can deal with that I guess but what I didnt like at all is I see that even tho it says specifically on their hotel policies and the website to expect a $75 refundable deposit in addition to the nightly rate (for a 2 star motel???), I'm a little confused as to why they took a $88 deposit with no explanation, warning, or advisement from the staff at ANY time about it or about their req. to even hold a deposit or anything else at all for that matter, why charge even more?? Always read the fine print and still expect to get screwed over or ??? May b only the guests are required or expected to be upfront and honest? Post a sign or something if you don't see the need to explain your regs. and/or your actions! Some people take their money mgmt. very seriously, and some business practices are just dam illegal! Is it a $160 a night room/motel that I had to put out to stay there? Hell no! Its hard to justify the $75 a night after all that.

I was looking for a room late at night and Was already having a difficult day. The person who who would not tell me his name and said it was “Go F**k yourself” was more than rude and almost hostile towards me and my mother making the reservation. We were never even able to make it into the room without being threatened and being told to leave the property because we were confused about the booking process. It has to be to the worst experience I’ve ever had. The date we attempted to stay was on 1/19 / 1/20 2022 . The place seemed very nice and clean and all i wanted was a place to lay my head.
