While I never had a chance to grab a cup of coffee, the hotel's lobby doubles as a cute book cafe! The staff are super friendly and helpful--truly appreciated that they made a local call for me to my next stay in Noboribetsu as I only have data service on my phone. It's located at one end of the Tanuki-kōji Shopping Street and just minutes from Susukino so you have your pick of the litter in terms of amazing food and shopping. Loved my stay and will definitely check to see if they're available the next time I'm in Sapporo!

This hotel and chain is themed around a 24 hour reading cafe, and the structure of the rooms, the use of space and the delightful nature of the do not disturb signs, "I am reading now". Just great. The breakfast was small and simple but tasty and sufficient.

This property was amazing! It's located on a long shopping street that's car free and it was amazing to be able to just walk to any of the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was perfect for a solo traveler. Getting to the hotel was simple and the staff were very helpful on arrival. Highly recommend this hotel.

I rarely leave a review for hotels but I did for this one because I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really clean, staffs are really friendly, the area is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and stores. The room is very spacious, bathroom is amazing, the downstairs cafe had really good food. 10/10 would recommend. I would come back to this hotel in the future! :)

A really unique and classy hotel. Very chic but not pretentious.

Pros - clean room
Cons - Old lady in the front desk who processed my checkin is RUDE. After our interaction, I checked the reviews in google about this hotel and there are alot of bad reviews about the customer service of this hotel. Bec of that I made sure I never try to talk to anyone from the staff until I check out.
I will not go again to this hotel bec of that old lady.

The hotel is located at the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. There are Airport Limousine Bus (Airport Liner) stops a few mins from the hotel. There are lots of eateries nearby, and Odori Park is several minutes away. The hotel's cafe and reading space is great for work and drinks. My room didn't have any view, but other than that, it was spacious and comfortable.

Lucked out yet again by randomly choosing cool bookings! The front entrance exits onto a 7.5 block covered shopping street… many amazing little shops and restaurants close by.

Excellent for 1-2 nights stay. A cafe that is popular with locals at the hotel lobby

It was a pleasant stay and the hotel is conveniently located. The room was a tad small, but clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, although I would have liked a coffee refill rather than just one cup. Generally would recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay again.

Stylish rooms with a 24-hour bookstore/café on the first floor. Located in a shopping arcade street so super walkable and convenient. Also means there is zero view out your window. Perfect spot for a day when it's downpouring. 15-20 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Bonus for vegans and vegan-friendly: an awesome restaurant is two steps away (only open for lunch when I was there).

Overall, a great stay for a cheap price.
Room was exactly what was advertised and was clean and well put together. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. The rainfall shower was excellent.
Very convenient location for bars, dining, shopping and just getting around.
I recommend staying at this property.

The hotel is beautiful. I’ve stayed in hotels all over Japan and it does seem like these hotels that cater to a younger generation tend to be raising the level of standards for “3 star hotels.” It’s in a stellar location near bars, tons of restaurants, and nightlife while still being quiet and private enough to enjoy a night’s sleep. It’s walking distance to Sapporo Station (about 20-25 minutes), as well as lots of famous spots that Sapporo is known for. If I had any complaint is that parking is very expensive around this area.
The breakfast was delicious. I expected boring bread but their selection and each bread that they had knocked me out of the water. Their latte! Their latte! So delicious, so smooth. Their selection of books was great too.
Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sapporo.

Overall it was a very nice stay.
However, I didn't like the lack of sunlight our room had because the only window in our room was directly infront another building.
The check-in app was a bit confusing if you have limited Japanese, I prefer the normal way of checking in.
I didn't understand how the breakfast coupons worked? I wish I could have just bought the breakfast normally.
