Filthy. The front desk tried to get us another room when we walked into our first room to bugs on the floor and boogers and boot prints on the bed. Second room wasn’t much better though it had been lightly cleaned the sheets were half on the mattress and the exposed mattress had yellow and dark brown stains all down the sides. The place smelled rough. We checked out after about 30 minutes of checking in. Would rather sleep in our car than a hotel like this. Google reviews mentioned bed bugs from 2 weeks ago and we were out. Do not stay here.

Check out day housekeeping came into the room 40 minutes before check out cleaning out our room while we were trying to load up our car. Almost let our dog out. We asked for 20 more minutes to finish loading our things Ave checking out they said no. Our tv had no cord when e we got there we had no remote so for the first hour there was no television but that wasn’ta big deal for us but we extended our reservation another day booked online paid without issue then were texted at 8pm we needed to come pay $10 pet fee they didn’t charge us for that morning. When I booked I booked online for motel 6 kitchenette room. While I was there the room was taken off the motel 6 and listed as studio 6 which lead to the extra day we stayed having pet fees. The bed spread smelled weird on one bed I washed it then put it back on the bed And it stunk again so I assumed it was an issue with the bed so we didn’t use that bed. It wasn’t horrible room was updated but housekeeping was inconsiderate manager was nice owners son fixed the tv and was pleasant. I wouldn’t stay again because simply bc of housekeeping and the 8 pm message about an error they didn’t notify me of when I was paying.

Quite, clean and convenient. For the price, you couldn’t beat it. We’d stay here again.

Positives It was very inexpensive. Bigger fridge and additional sink in the "studio" was nice. Negatives First room: door didn't lock, could be opened without a key. Replacement room: door hardware was coming apart, no fix or replacement offered but at least it locked. Floors were not very clean.

The floor was sticky even after mopping. The bathroom sink was leaking. Signs of mold growth. Mattress was old and stained. No extra pillows, only 3 per king sized bed. The bedding was a little itchy

Very nice! Stayed a couple times work related. Friendly staff. Clean nice room. No disturbances. Overall, great for the price.

I requested a double queen room and was given a ADA room with 1 bed with 2 kids. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Pillows were beyond used. Staff was not very engaging and on their phone. As she told another guest she had plenty of rooms available did not offer to give me the room I had reserved. They said there was nothing she could do for me.

Dirty! Arrived to stains on bed sheets and dirty floors that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I asked for full service in which they changed the bed sheets, but the dirty floors remained the entire time. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

Was ok and convenient to our activities. They never picked up our trash at all although they were supposed to on a designated day. Therefore it was piled up. Not a pleasant part of the stay. Otherwise good and will book there again

Staff was not helpful. Room was dirty, holes and stains on bed linens. Poor poor management. Was really looking forward to our stay, but this motel really put a damper on things. Also, doors to other rooms were constantly being slammed. Sad.

Good place

The motel was filthy, and smelled of all kinds of smoke. The heating a cooling didn’t work in our room either. Also there wasn’t appropriate parking for guest vehicles.

The stay was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the kitchenette and it had a nice sized refrigerator. Much better than other hotels. My only complaint is the size of the towels. They were very small.

When we first got to the hotel the check-in staff did not appear that friendly. They weren’t rude or anything, just not as pleasant as most hotel staff usually is. Our first room smelled like smoke and there was red wax that was on the wall, plug, and floors which my kids thought was blood so we asked to move rooms. The cleaning lady was friendly. The only room available was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. This room had something red on the door frame to the bathroom which looked like blood or ketchup but we just let it go. The shower curtains were moldy and people were going in and out of rooms all night and I could hear the doors banging shut so it was difficult to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel for a clean/comfortable sleep.

This property is in a great location for a stop on I75 but it was not very clean and the furniture was falling off the walls. Coffee maker but no coffee pot in room. Phone fell off the wall when we lifted the receiver. We only spent the night and left at 6 am. Would not stay there again.

Came down for Thanksgiving. We had to bring our dogs so the room great for them. The bed so very comfortable. The front desk clerk was so very nice and check in was quick. We will be staying again. Thank you

The pictures on expedia are nowhere near what it actually look like. Mold around the tub, floors coming up throughout the room, bathroom door falling apart. Smells like weed all the time.

A group of illegal aliens decided to party outside my room window so I was unable to sleep until I called the desk. I had asked them to move 2 hrs prior to calling desk. They were loud and obnoxious. Just a bad night for me.

Dirt on floors, only. 2 bath towels, sheets had specs of dirt or something between them, and burn holes, very noisy

Floor in room was dirty. Microwave was filthy. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were as thin as cardboard. People having a party outside, right below my window, drinking and being loud until early am hours. Would not recommend.

The rooms were not very clean

The stay was okay. I worked nights, so hearing every little thing in the hall during the morning or afternoon was kind of annoying. When the room service turned on their vacuum at 10am, it was so incredibly loud - there was no way I was going back to sleep. This was after I got off work at 6am. So, heads up - it's not quiet. The room was clean. There was 1 tiny bar of soap, and the front desk wouldn't give anymore or any shampoo. She directed me to a vending machine and told me to buy shampoo and soap out of that. Now, considering I just paid 220 dollars for a couple nights, I feel like they could have forked over some shampoo. It was 2 dollars for a 1 use bottle. So that was a negative from me. It had basic cable. Beds were fine.

It was a wonderful stay.

For the price the room was wonderful pillows were awesome the bed comfortable but creaked . Housekeeping very good respected our privacy, even tho we had to create our dnd sign. The only thing i would suggest is some proffesional training for the lady who check me in.

They did some cleaning the next day, but must have used the same mop that had been used on the parking lot.
