My stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The young lady that checked me was very nice and pleasant. My room was immaculate and very. My stay was very quiet and peaceful.

It is near from bus station. You can find restaurants and bars around there. It is very clean and comfortable hotel.

I only have two complaints. The first one was the water pressure in the shower was horrible. It would get very hot but no pressure. My second complaint was that their bar was poorly stocked. I mean they mostly bottom shelf liquors.

Its my preference of hotels when I stay in Greensboro

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, everything worked well, the staff was courteous and professional. I do wish they offered valet parking, because finding on street parking in that area is very difficult and paying $12 every time you go in and out of the parking deck is annoying.

This room is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and it makes you feel at home. I will definitely stay here again. We just have to see how breakfast is going to taste in the morning. We are happy we booked our reservation for this hotel.

Within walking distance of many restaurants as well as museums and playgrounds. Even though the hotel was completely full, it was quiet. The chair in the room leaned back uncomfortably far but that was the only minus

Really nice. The bed was super comfy and we could just walk ever to eat and go to the tanger art center

The front desk was nice and they were quick with checking me in. However the front door were locked when we arrived the doors on mcgee st thank God somebody was coming out and open the double doors for me. The room was clean and they had my name on the tv which was nice and the beds was comfy and the breakfast was like that!!!

Unsafe Property: Unhelpful and unaccommodating staff that did not resolve issues during our stay. My husband checked in, was given a keycard and room number and took our two young children up to the room so they could watch a movie while he went down to collect the rest of our things. While the children were alone in the room, the door to the room opened and a stranger walked in, having been given a key card to the same room moments before. When my husband found out about the intruder (who only by the grace of God was not dangerous and quickly apologize to the children as he backed out of the room), my husband sought the help of the front desk staff. They were not apologetic nor did they provide any recourse for what could have been a very dangerous encounter due to their negligence. When we contacted the property after our stay, they refused to provide any reparations. What a disappointing stay... We feel comfortable and cared for at other Hampton Inns but will NEVER stay at this location again. Take your business elsewhere.

They don't clean the room why you there.

This location was in a great location and the stay was overall nice.

Very disappointed. They charge for parking (12.00 per night) we couldn't sleep because of trains coming by every hour blowing their horns. The Hotel is about 500ft from railway. Which we did not know. We feel that we should be compensated for our 2 night stay. I have been a loyal customer for several years. Location was not good.

Hotel is only 1 year old- the rooms are beautiful and comfy! Staff was very friendly. Parking is super convenient.
