The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage). Room was clean, especially the bathroom was very clean. Overall a good value.

Great little place by the river and mountains! Easy access to a lot of chain food restaurants. The hotel itself is by no means fancy, but it was clean and the breakfast was better than complimentary breakfast that I’ve had at hyatts, Hampton, and marriotts

The guy at the front desk was great. The room overall needed some tlc. The furniture was outdated... it wasn't the wise but it sure isn't the best for a comfort suite.

The hotel was not a standout and the elevator was out of service. It was quiet and clean. I gave it 3 stars because it was just ok, if I stay in the area again I will look for another hotel.

The room smells like a smoker lived there, and it’s felt dirty. The area looked unsafe. The rating was 8.9 and it should have been 6.7 at the most.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable and they pre-cooled the room before I got there on a hot day.

The room was out of date. The chair at the desk felt like it was going to fall apart. The door was stuck and very difficult to open and close. The covering of the foot stool was peeling and not pleasant to look at.

The reception lady when checking out was very rude and spoke so harshly even after I being calm and explaining her the bill details were wrongly charges as I was promised when I checked in by the other receptionist or check in person, very very unprofessional. No Manager on the property to report the issue, never recommending anybody at this place :(((

Room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Not outright dirty, but the floor just inside the door was sticky and there were noticeably dirty spots on the bathroom floor. There was also a sizable stain on one of the duvet covers.

When I arrived to the room, the toilet was running - I removed the tank lid, but couldn't get it to stop. I called the front desk and was changed to a new room. Clean, great staff, responsive. I'd sleep there again!

We were on our way driving South and needed a good rest for 1 night. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and good towels.
TV could use some work for a clear picture but were only briefly watching morning news.

Easy access from the highway. Clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was more than just all carbs (scrambled eggs and sausage was also available).

We stayed one night on our way through to NC. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor and was clean and very comfortable. The sheets were amazing for a hotel bed!
The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the room next to us talking briefly. The worst was that they were up at 2:30am getting ready and we could hear the shower go off and on as everyone was getting ready. Would not have been an issue if it was a more normal time in the morning.
The breakfast was typical continental with the waffle station, pastries, and cereal. They did offer scrambled eggs and sausage as well. There was an attendant so every thing seemed to stay in stock.
We would stay here again, but knowing we are taking a risk with who we end up next to.

Pros - excellent service, room was very clean, really great water pressure, no random weird smells or noises
Cons - drink vending machine had the change and bill slots taped over to only accept bills at a 6% tax, but it didn't matter because it was completely sold out. Breakfast was disappointing.
Completely hilarious, but might be helpful to others - the bed in my room was pretty high, like waist level. I'm 5'4.
I had to move the ottoman over to the bed, and use it as a step to then get onto the bed. Picture a little kid climbing a jungle gym, go ahead. Laugh. I did.
Oh, and every morning I would have forgotten about the height, so just picture a toddler going down a slide.....

I was about to go to to sleep and a roach decided to hang out with us on the night stand. He was way too comfortable so we decided to leave at 1 am to go to another hotel. We notified the front desk when we were leaving and the attendant was too high to even speak in understandable sentences, so she definitely wasn’t any help. She told us they exterminated the building next door but didn’t believe there were any roaches in that building even though we had photo evidence. Save your money!!!!!!

I love Comfort Inn and Suites. They're always clean and comfy. I appreciate the breakfast and coffee. It's not amazing, but it's good. The waffles are pretty great because you make them fresh. It covers everything without worry. I've stayed at a lot of Comfort Inn and Suites. They all so far have lived up to the name. Keep being comfy, y'all.
