I arrived at approximately 1120pm for check in.
There was no front desk clerk. I called out, I knocked on their employee only door, I called the front desk in hopes that someone would hear the phone to no avail. The front desk team member finally arrived approximately 20-25mins later. Asked me if that was me calling, to which I confirmed. He didn’t bother to apologize for the wait but rather proceeded to check me in as if there was no inconvenience experienced.

The workers were great as always. I stay there every year. Was VERY disappointed in the lack of staff the workers in the lobby and front desk were excellent!! But overwhelmed. For a Hilton honors member not sure I will return pool was closed and green

Great! I have never walked into a hotel that smelled so dang CLEAN.
Staff was amazing and very nice, and I can just tell how hard the maids work with how clean this place was. I will definitely stay here again if I were to be in town.

Nice hotel but there is something wrong with the level of insulation. We could hear the neighbors, people in the hallway, downstairs conversations it was terrible. They went on till 5 am. Lots of messes in the hallways too.

My experience was not that great. The property is beautiful and kept really clean. On my stay, the systems were down so we were unable to check in until much later in the evening. It changed our plans slightly.

Roomswere really clean. Toiletries were well stocked. I like that there was a fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Pillows were not comfortable but the bed was very comfy. Walls are thin so you can hear the people next door. I brought my own pillow and had earplugs so luckily I had a solution.

We only stayed overnight due to an early morning appointment in the area but our room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel has a very nice and clean feel to it. 5 stars all the way!

Overall wonderful but the pillows were extremely soft and no support therefore sleep wasn’t good … first day the water in the shower was super hot you can make pasta .. they did took care of the problem but I was a lil burned from the temperature

Amazing hotes with hreat service. Everyone was very friendly and helped and the location is perfect. I really love that theu had underground parking

I believe everything was alright. However, I questioned paying for parking as we are a guest at the hotel and when the other hotels in the area do not charge. Also, you’re charged a dollar to use the app to pay for parking. I’ll stop here but we will not be staying here again. There is nothing special about the hotel yet you’re being charged for things the hotel should take care of. Good luck!

I liked that it was convenient to get to town and quiet. The rooms were clean. But the lock on the doors were horrible cards kept accessing green but the door would not open had to go down several times to get a new key! the manager who checked in that evening was short tempered aggressive acted overwhelmed! The bathroom doors were sticking and making a large squeegeeing noise Room 2015 and I am not Melissa I am Nuria expedia has the wrong name on this email.

We arrived very late to check in on a Friday, in order to sleep in before an early soccer game at a tournament near by. We were woken up at 5:30 am by a barking dog that continued for 2 hours. (The front desk said they had called the owner to come back) The shampoo was empty and of course I didn't bring mine. The coffee pot didn't work, my 18.00 continental breakfast was cold, and was treated pretty poorly when I asked for some kind of compensation, because I had booked via expedia. They said take it up with them.

Really disappointed I was looking at so many hotels and when I finally booked this hotel it doesn’t really say that you’re gonna pay for parking. It just says parking available so it’s $10 for each car for 24 hrs. Breakfast is not included, so might as well have stayed at another nicer hotel where you can get free breakfast and free parking for the same price. You think you’re getting a deal but not when you have to pay for parking.

The room was great! Loved the corner room. So spacious and very nice. Will be coming back soon. Carpet in hallways could use a good clean.

Hilton thinks this property is more than what it is. They charge for overnight parking, when none of the other hotels in literally the same parking lot charge parking. They also charge for a limited Continental breakfast "buffet", again when other comparable hotels in the area include breakfast in the room rate. Lastly, they do not honor your Hilton Honors number or give you points when booking through Expedia. That's stupid!!!
