My husband and I stayed here for a concert. We arrived, room was very clean and ready for us. We had a 2 queen bed room. Was decently spacious. However the walls in this hotel are so thin it makes your stay miserable. All we heard was others conversations, TVs & toilets are so loud you hearing them flushing all night. If you flush your toilet you’re waking everyone up. That makes your stay miserable. Our tv was on volume 3 and it would be heard by other guests. However yes the room was extremely clean & pretty decent customer service the only issue I had with customer service was nobody on the night shift or any housekeepers really spoke English so it’s hard if you need toilet paper etc . And the area seems very safe, Outback Steakhouse in the hotels lot, and a Starbucks next door , But however the cons are when you pay to stay in a room and can’t even have a private conversation or watch tv on a very low volume that’s crazy. You can’t even flush the toilet because your scared of someone complaining. I would not stay here again because of that problem. Definitely not a place to bring kids.

When I first checked in the attendent asked me for 60 even though I paid on line with no explanation. The stay itself we clean with no problems.

We attempted to check in a little bit after 4 PM and were disappointed to learn our room was not ready. After waiting in the bar area for almost an hour we checked in then proceeded to go to dinner. When we got back, we decided to take the sofa bed because my daughter had to be up early to compete the following day. I’m so glad we did because the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. Even as far as sofa beds go, this one was exceptionally terrible. Not to mention that for bedding all we were given was two flat sheets and a fitted sheet. No blanket. We normally stay at the Staybridge up the street, but thought we’d give the Hyatt a chance since it was newer and we heard good things about it. For the price of the suite at the Hyatt (one king bed, and a pullout full), we will be returning to the Staybridge where we’ll have an additional bedroom (with actual beds!), and a second bathroom.

This hotel was not only clean but the staff was so helpful. I had issues with my reservations (my fault) and they worked hard to help me out and they were so nice about it. They gave us free cookies and coffee and just made everything better after a long day of travel.

The room was amazing and very comfortable, but I have a problem with hotels that feel like pets are as important or more important than people. On the site that I booked this hotel it state no pets, but as soon as I got off the elevator on the morning after the first night I was greeted with a dog. I like animals, but am very allergic to the hair of most. I shouldn't have to check the bed for bugs and animal hair when checking into a hotel. People pay for rooms, not pets.

The room was equipped with blackout shades that were remarkable. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal, friendly, and polite. The bed was amazing. I haven’t slept so well in a while.

I stay in lots of hotels, and this was one of the nicest and cleanest one I have stay, in a very long time. Everything was great.
If there was one downside, the breakfast was not warm and no way to warm it.

Housekeeping is terrible when we got there there were hairs in shower and in bathroom floor and in the days they “cleaned” it was obvious they don’t sweep cause the bathroom floors were dirty

I am a nurse traveling and visited Columbus for 1day relaxation getaway. Went to check out from hotel and car was stolen from the handicap parking spot closest to the hotel door. 2 different guest told staff that it looks like car was being stolen and did nothing nor reported to police. And told me this information when I said my car was stolen and said they didn’t know for sure and was told by other hotel staff to wait till morning and tell guest the car probably was stolen. Horrible experience and lack of accountability to follow up once staff was aware that car was being stolen. Belongings were stolen and delayed me getting back home.

Loved the hotel! Really nice large room, very comfortable, big TV, nice bathroom. Overall great place! Nice pool. Loved the breakfast, really good coffee. Nice exercise room and updated equipment! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area! The employees were great and very helpful. Great parking too.

The hotel would have easily been a 5 star except for the AC unit. It was ungodly loud and kept me up all night long! As soon as I’d drift off it would click and then start blowing at the level of a jet engine. I’d have to turn up the tv volume 5 clicks to hear it when the AC turned on. Next day bought ear plugs and all was good.

The room was spacious and appeared to be newly remodeled. Large walk-in shower was beautiful. Continental breakfast was a perk. Staff was very accomodating and polite.
