The room smelled like smoke. Had to go ask for batteries for the tv remote. Then had to go ask for wash cloth. Then toilet paper, and once again to front desk for shower mat. Had to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water. Finally got an email today after we checked out at 9am telling us to call the front desk to book another day. Check out was at 11am. We got the email at 3:45pm...which tells me they are gonna try to charge us for another day. Plus, we got charged a $50.00 deposit fee which they said it would take 3 to 5 days to get reimbursed. Will never stay there again Also, they have people living in the hotel rooms.. VERY NOISY

I did not stay at the APM. I booked my reservation after midnight and was not able to check-in that night when i need to get some sleep while on my road trip. When i got there the customer service was non existent. I couldn't get any help and then again im the morning when i can back by to be sure i was not going to be charged the manager Liz wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I left messages and non of them were ever returned. I am stll waiting to see if my money will be returned. The pictures on the sight looks good but the atmosphere there is not good at all.

Our toilet was repurposed from an old elementary school. My wife and I are in our 70's and 80's so getting up was a little difficult.

Not fit to bring children around. People trying to sell drugs and buying drugs right in front of entrance and in parking lot. I was approached and offered within minutes. Furniture was scratched and burned in a non smoking room. It just wasnt a pleasant stay.

By far the worst place I ever stayed in my entire life. No trash cans visible on the property. All people are expected to take all trash to the dumpster. While my pillows didn’t have pillowcases, they did have lipstick stains! The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. Room smelled musty. When I stripped the bed to check for bed bugs, found all kinds of stains on the mattress protector. Seriously folks, this place is cheap for a reason. Stay at any other place. I considered sleeping in my car, but it’s also in a high crime area (at least according to front desk).

I knew it was cheap for a reason, but very basic things were missing. There were no towels in my room and since there was no phone I had to go to the front desk for each issue. TV didn't work either.

People hang out front all hours of the night seedy characters door open & shut all night smoke in a non smoking room urine smell i.n the hallway pealing paint looks light a location for a horror film what more to say??

I didn’t not stay, i ended up checking out do to roach Infestation and bed beds. I called into customer service for a refund and still have not gotten a response. Which I was promised to here back yesterday at 10am.

Everytime I booked thru Expedia there was confusion at the front desk. The morning clerk would tell me I'm all set when I'd booked the night before and that my key card was fine. Then at work I get a checkout email notice from these folks. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. The lobby is so deceiving. If we hadn’t been on the road 10 hours, we would have left. We just could not keep our eyes open. Checked for bed bugs and took quilt off. The only redeeming factor was the sweetness of the girl at the front desk who said her mom also worked there.

Room had something sticky on the floor. No wash rags or hand towels. Still haven’t received my deposit back yet. I should have received a deposit for staying there Geek monsters all over the parking lot.

Not bad if you just need a place to stay the night. Helpful staff but the place is just ok.

Needs a little fixing up here and there but the room Was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

From the outside the property looked inviting. Even the lobby was clean and spacious. Our room had no pillow cases or towels when we arrived. Also no garbage cans in the room. Thorough out our stay the garbage outside our room continued to grow. Also the cleaning staff came into our room when we were not there and cleaned out the refrigerator placing items in our cooler. The staff was very sorry and tried to correct some of the problems. Will definitely not be staying there again.

Dirty, worn, smells like cigarette smoke. Had to ask 3x for towels when i checked in. Many residents appear to live at the hotel (government vouchers), and loiter all hours of the day and night. Saw one young man looking in car windows as i was heading out to the parking lot. Walked padt another taking a crap in the "garden " on the side of the building. To be clear, I wasn't expecting the Ritz or even the Holiday Inn. Ive stayed in many budget hotels to save a buck, but this one was by FAR, the most disgusting.

First they made you leave a$50 room security deposit, which took about 10 days to return to account. No phone in room, One pillow missing pillowcase, had to go to front desk to request also asked for extra pillows at front desk but never received them

Comfortable bed and air conditioning was great. TV would not work. Low price room was adequate for a one night stay. Various food choices were walkable. Check in woman was very nice.

This place had a lot of roaches It needs an exterminator bad

We checked in and checked right back out haven’t been refunded. Management doesn’t call you back ! The room was on 4th floor roaches on the bed when walked in dried puke on carpet and bathroom ceiling ready to fall in!! Unless there to smoke crack or bedbugs stay away!

The lady that checked me in was excellent, she even made sure I had a room that was nice, nice as could be. The hotel is very old, smells of smoke even though they have a no smoking policy. Despite what the staff may think, yes, they do have roaches. I received 2 towels and wash clothes the whole time there, I asked for more but they did not have them when I asked, the lady gave me two hand towels, and two wash clothes and told me they would send towels to my room which never happened. I was told that linen exchange was on a Wednesday after being there almost 2 weeks. My sheets stayed on for 11 days. This place is really worn and staff is slim. The price for 11 days was what I was looking at, so I got what I paid for. Will never go back. I do thank them for trying to give me a better room. The hallway rugs need replaced, with a do over and remodeling the hotel would be wonderful.

ac/heating unit did not work, no trash recepticle at all, no shampoo or soap, no chair or desk for computer or eating, no phone or any way to contact the front desk and my phone was in roaming!

Great value, is under renovation but the price $55/night is wonderful value for money

Wi-fi was fine, staff great. Comfortable bed, quiet. Convenient location. Inside is old, run-down. Many small things need repair. (Did not try the restaurant nor coffee shop.)

Nothing rude staff when I went to check out on of the staff stole my deposit. And it's been 4 days and still haven't got my refund for where I checked out early

there were the tiniest type of bugs in the bed and i woke up the next day with 7 bites on my right arm. I left the day after and since it’s already paid there is no refund. overall customer service was a 10 however.

Roaches. Dirty. Nothing worked. TV broke . Had to move us to another room. Nasty place. Never again.

The stuff is very rude and disrespectful they tried to just walk in my room you have to take your own trash because they are short on stuff
