We reserved a room with two queen beds, and the room description said a stovetop would be in the room. When we checked in, they gave us a room with a king bed and no stovetop.

Excellent stay. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Maybe install a latch on the pocket door for the bathroom. It would slide open a few inches after it was closed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Richmond area. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Great service at the front desk. Parking lot got full at night. Room clean and great location near Short Pump mall.

Checking in was super easy and we were into our room within 5 minutes. Room was nicely cleaned. The bed itself was comfortable but i would recommend using your own pillows, the pillows of the bed were so flat you might as well not used any. The blanket situation was also bad, the bed had one very thin duvet on it and the duvet cover is basically a scratchy shower curtain.

The stay itself was nice enough but the listed amenities on hotels.com were not actually available in our hotel room which put a wrench in our plans. Neither the hotel manager nor hotels.com was willing to be accommodating to the situation when all I was asking for was a $25 reimbursement for having to go outside the hotel for the the amenity that was supposed to be included.

Front desk gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great, many options. Rooms were spacious. Everything appeared very clean. The only area that wasn’t was the head of the box spring definitely needed vacuumed.

Customer service was great. Last minute booking due to hotel issues at another brand. Will never stay anywhere else. Largest hotel room we have ever been in. Feels super cleaned and well taken care of

Very friendly front desk staff! Check in was super easy. The room was spacious and had so much room for our family of 5. Having the kitchen was a huge plus! The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The neighbors were loud. The front desk didnt help out, he said he called but the vomume didnt change. I went and asked them myself and the noise levels were fune thereafter.

One of the things I was most impressed with was the friendliness of the staff. Every person I encountered at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. I loved that I could pick up an apple at any moment when needing a snack. My only thought that needs addressing is the fact that it's a dog friendly hotel but there weren't any poop bags available. Thank heavens I brought extras but if I hadn't I don't know what I would have done. I appreciate the areas to throw away the waste. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for a few days.

My stay was great. The room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t too comfortable but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever slept on. The staff was GREAT!!! I’ll definitely be back and I’ll definitely recommend to a friend.

We received an excellent service from the staff at Home 2Suites. It is located inside Short Pump shopping center and far from the busy section of the mall. Rooms were spacious, well equipped, clean and very quiet. Easy check in check out. Excellent overall experience.

Our stay at Home2Suites was excellent. The hotel room was very modern and clean, and the free breakfast was excellent! We were traveling to Richmond from Crofton, Maryland to visit my family, and this is the second time we have stayed here, and it was great both times. 👍
