Desk clerk was friendly, room was decent however I didn’t trust the towels. This was a last minute stay due to power outages after a storm. The problem was hotels.com once I arrived at the hotel the clerk gave me a different room that I paid for at the hotel. Desk clerk spoke with hotels.com and told them to cancel the reservation and refund me. Needless to say it wasn’t done and I’m still trying to get the refund

Booked the rooms for linemen on storm, they all stayed in their trucks due to infestation of bugs.

It was a good stay. We can into town to gamble however ALL hotels were booked solid as a storm had came through the day before and knocked out everyone’s power.! Check in was stated to be 3pm however it was changed to 5pm after getting there at three. It was very hot outside and at one point started raining however, the owner would not let anyone in the lobby. We did business outside though a small hole in the window. Guests had children and elderly in the heat waiting in a 20 deep line to check in. I stayed calm as I was there for pleasure but seeing the local people already have suffered storm damage, no electricity and no water, trying to pay to get their children and the elderly somewhere safe with air conditioning broke my heart. There were very weird rules posted such as “no smoking weed”. I thought that not smoking drugs is a regular policy and found it a little worrysome to have to put that in writing on the front window. However, the people around were good people and I enjoyed talking with them in line. Room was clean. Air worked. The owner was very nice to me and gave my cash deposit back even after I checked out late. Check out time is 10:30 and it is posted everywhere. I actually overslept and he had to call my room. I appreciate he still gave me my deposit back as I may not have been deserving of it. Thank y’all!!

Ok- my check in was 11am they told me it will be 3 pm - then at 3pm they said 4pm then 5pm and then 6 pm- finally I got to check in at 7 pm-. Then they said check out time is 10 am - so I get the room and when I walk in there is plaster on the table and on the floor from an obvious leak in the ceiling- the pool is the nastiest I've seen- then when I check out they only give me $25 of the $50 I paid - I really feel just ripped off- that place should not be operated in those conditions- we'd all be better off with that place closed

The check in process was the worst I have ever been through when checking into a hotel. It was a 2 hour delay, but still had to check out on time. The pool was very disappointing. The bathroom and the room were fine.

Nasty place to stay and also people were fighting in the parking lot after one look, I decided not to stay and not to even go in. It was also tornado activity could not find another place to stay until 8:15 PM. I would like to get a total refund.

Not a very good place to stay. Booked online but they required a cash deposit. Haven't seen that in 20 years. Room smelled like smoke, and not very clean.

The room was old, bed sheets almost dirty, hard to light up the room, checkin unpersonal, the receptionnist hidden by papers sheets stuck to the separating window. The pool was green, good for frogs. The only positive thing is the Shreveport airport proximity. Won't never come back here

This property does not give deposits back. They had roaches and bed bugs, refused to give my deposit back and I was oy there maybe 3 hours before I had to leave due to all the bugs.

First of all there wasn't any soap, wash cloths or hand towels in the room. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close.

The stay was fine it was when checking out they accused us of damaging the toilet which was used once at least that is what I gathered from the broken English the maid spoke and then my deposit was not refunded to me and still has not been when the only thing wrong with room is bed not maid trash in cans not taken out and dirty towels left for the maid to get that's right the maid all of these are her duties should not have to lose an extra 100.00 because of it

The hotel is old but in good condition. I think the cleaning conditions had to do with room close for too long. That weren’t many people at the property and several rooms were empty but already cleaned.

Not what it looked like on the pics. Clean. But not updated. Staff was kind and prompted. Didn't try pool. Area around nice and convenient.

I've stayed at some cheap, sketchy motels before. I'm happy as long as I have a bed. But, THIS ONE IS BAD... I paid, and left because I didn't feel comfortable.

Front door locked. You have to register from outside with a pass through glass, notice on window about no guest allowed, no drugs allowed removal from property for violating rules, no refunds. Never felt more at risk than in that moment. I did not stay the vibe of the Tennant's/ guests gave me pause to reconsider the location.

Restroom door didn’t close nor lock.. the tub was black, dirty and no hygiene products. Plus no cold water. People outside taking loud, walking around all hours of the night. Looked like a drug motel

Well when we showed up there was no lobby you have to stand outside in the cold to check in. Then when we got to our room I pulled back my blankets and had bloody sheets. Went to the front stood in the cold again to get another room. The next room had cups on the floor no towels no toilet paper. But the sheets was clean. Laundry was locked so we couldn’t get towels. It was a mess. I asked for towels the next day and a woman came with my towels smoking a cigarette.

I was put in "wrong room" and after complaining was moved to a different room, no wifi, dirty pillows, could barley brush teeth in sink, fire damage on lamp and walls, I was woke up at 10:30 to volunteers asking if wanted a free blanket an meal? I mean the thought I was homeless... I literally paid $75 to stay at a homeless shelter... it humbled me to say the least.

It was terrible! Broken hardware on the floor. DIRTY linen and towels gross! 50 deposit not told to me when booking! Shady people around. Disgusting. Don't stay here if you can.

It was nice it looks a little rough around the edges but overall it was nice. And the man was very helpful and kind.
