Though we had a little snafu with the confirmation being for 1 person versus 4, we had a great stay. Central to locations like Hoboken and Red Bull stadium, having the plaza right there was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and having a 2-room suite for 2 couples traveling together was perfect. The view of the skyline was a bonus! Breakfast ran smoothly in spite of crowds and was delicious.

Super hotel. Free breakfast is quite extensive with bacon,sausages,waffle,fresh omelettes. Staff was very friendly. Rented two rooms beside each other, one room was fine but my room had a very strong musty smell.

My stay at the Harmony Suites for my family vacation was definitely a great experience. We stayed for my children’s spring break about 4 days. Warm welcoming, very friendly customer service, clean environment and highly accommodating. Fresh plants all over the hotel for fresh air daily. Great pool hours. But something caught my attention. When goin to breakfast my second morning their my welcome to my family and I was odd. The owner of the hotel felt as he could relate to me being black by saying “I grew up in the hood too”. That seemed strange to my children and I because we never grew up “in the hood” and he willingly said that out of nowhere. EVER. So we had our say and kept it moving because we were enjoying our vacation. Until Friday morning when we went to breakfast. This time the owner says “hey what’s up my hood friends”😳 honestly I was speechless because I knew for sure what had happened because other black people weren’t talked to that way. If not for these 2 things my stay at the Harmony Suites would have been phenomenal honestly. The waffles were delicious and my kids swimming was super fun. Comfy beds and great entertainment all over. I just don’t want to be stereotyped or misperceived by my appearance.

I did not get to stay in the hotel I booked, Harmony Suites. I was told I had to move to a different hotel, Best Western, or my reservation would be cancelled. Best Western wasnt far but the lights and tge ac in my room, #418, didnt work consistently.

So I had booked this hotel 3-4 months in advance. 2 days before my business trip they said they were overbooked and I had to stay at a less desirable location with out a pool or other amenities I had wanted. There was no discount given and they couldn’t have cared less about my inconvenience.

Overall the Hotel was wonderful. We went with the 2 King suite and the kiddos really enjoyed having their own space. Our neighbors were screaming relentlessly around bedtime and they didn’t hesitate to move us to an even more beautiful room. Breakfast was fantastic and there is the cutest little pool. Will definitely be visiting again.

We Enjoyed our stay immensely! The 2 bedroom king suite was perfect for 2 couples who also wanted a little privacy! The staff was friendly and the breakfast they offer was a nice touch.

Excellent hotel in every regard - except the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. If you don’t like laying your on two foot thick foam, you might want to bring your own pillow. Otherwise, a fine hotel: convenient to NYC, very good breakfast, large comfortable suite, clean and well appointed bathroom, free parking, good service. But those pillows!

The front desk didn’t want to give out change to wash clothes. They had a note saying to go to the front for change. Also, I we are paying and breakfast was only given to 3 out of the 5 people in the room and I stayed for 3 nights.

As this is an old Embassy Suites they offer breakfast, very poor quality. All the breads and pastries were hard as a rock. Eggs were not scrambled but round hard disks. They make omelets but you better have a ton of time as they only make two at a time. Hotel was OK but as you need to go out for breakfast, you can do better for the price.

We took the kids Dream Works Water Park for spring break , and I’m glad i choose this hotel. It was in a convenient area. The kids enjoyed it, and the rooms are spacious. Only thing I would suggest is parking, wish it was better.

Overall, it was a beautiful suite, very clean, and spacious. We felt welcomed when we got there. The room temperature is a bit cold even when tried to adjust the temperature. The TV had no guide so we couldn’t see the name of the shows nor the length of the show/movie. The bathroom was making noise throughout, making it at times hard to sleep. We had to close the bathroom door to try to get some sleep which we didn’t realized until the 2nd night.

This hotel would be much better if it wasn't so warm. We tried to lower the temp in the room and it just stopped. The pool also wasn't working so that would have been nice to know ahead of our stay. Overall, it was fine. I did really like the fact that the beds were king size.

My son & I share a birthday , we stayed here over the weekend to celebrate his 6th birthday. The staff was amazing & treated us so kind & made us feel comfortable. The staff surprised my son on his birthday with a cake and sang him happy birthday, he loved it! they made him feel so much ! thank you to the amazing staff at harmony suites! we will definitely be coming back soon!

The hotel is AMAZING. It smells great when you walk in. The front desk people are super nice and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was also delicious. My only complaint is how cold it is in the pool room. We couldn’t enjoy the pool. Besides that my hotel stay was awesome. I’ll def come back again.

The hotel is clean. There is a bus stop right across the front entrance from which you can take to NYC. You can get the bus tickets at the vending machine. There is also a bus to American Dream. The hotel does not se hire enough staff for service. We needed to get a clean bath towel and was told to pick up at the front desk. One draw back was that it was hard to plot through the complex road system nearby when driving back from American Dream Mall particularly at night. The breakfast was pretty good and there are lots tables to accommodate guests. The parking lot was spacious with three floors.

We had a fantastic time. Be aware. Make sure you list all staying in the room. It is an additional 40.00 a night. I was prepared to pay as I had try to add them on the Expedia site but it did not save it.

I used to stay in this hotel when was other brand and was afraid after new branding but I had a happy surprise… Staff and accommodation was even better than in the past… Hotel and room was very clean, they still offered a great breakfast with omelette station and their staff was very kind… location is a plus you can take a bus across street and be in NY City in 20 minutes for less than $5… Highly recommended!!!

Shutting was amazing - she was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. Let’s talk about someone who can multitask- she checked us in, helped with our breakfast, was supervising the housekeepers and still manage to keep a smile on her face at all times. The location is great, close to everything, can be walk to stores, restaurants, 5 minutes from American Dream and MetLife Stadium and plenty more. Will definitely stay again and hope to see Shruti when we do!

Check in was quick and simple. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was very firm, but we prefer a firmer mattress so things worked out in our favor. Some of the fixtures seemed worn and there was a large stain on the outside of our fridge. Looked like dried cleaning spray. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast was good too!

This is a really great hotel. Clean, free parking, and surrounded by lots of good restaurants all a three-minute walk away. The breakfast is a REAL omelette station (not reconstituted eggs). The staff is very friendly and greeted us each morning. The rooms have two separate sleeping areas which is nice for privacy. Very surprised its less expensive than the surrounding hotels.

I was very disappointed. I assumed paying a extra $100 for the Executive Suite I would be getting a very nice worry free room. Well the room was 707 and the air handler unit was right below the room. The vibration was very obvious and you can feel the same vibration at the front desk when you check in. I made them move me to a room without the vibration and it ended up being a king bed room with no frills. What makes me mad is they only offered a $10 refund. Added a picture of the tub because that is a nice feature that they don't have pictures of.
