Great breakfast for a carnivore type like me. Very quite. Never heard another guest. I'll be back.

We have been traveling to watch our son play college baseball the last couple of years. I would have to say this has been the best stay yet. We will have more. I hope a few are as nice and pleasant as this one.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been great… until it wasn’t. I woke up and had no hot water. Front desk said they were working on it but no time frame. I had to leave at 11am without a shower. The hotel absolutely refused to refund my money. “You stayed, you pay” is pretty much what they told me. Doesn’t matter that you don’t have hot water. I am a club member and usually book thru their website but Hotels.com has a much lower rate this time. It was only because of them that I got anything back. Cheers to hotels.com - jeers to Residence Inn. Guess I’ll stay elsewhere from now on.

The rooms are excellent and the people are very friendly

We really enjoyed this stay. The room was clean and loved all the enmities. Would stay here again.

This place is very quiet and the space is wonderful. I love that you dont have to leave for anything just groceries... love it!!!!

Had no hot water for shower

No one was at the front desk when we arrived, we had a 10-15 minute wait to check in. The facility is very clean and nice, breakfast was very good. But very little hot water in the shower, it never did get really warm just not cold.

Overall great! Clean, great interaction with everyone working there. Loved the lobby. Loved the room. The bed was comfortable. There were some weird design things that were not dealbreakers at all but wanted to give feedback to the hotel about them in case they can be tweaked. First, the TV is in a super weird spot and I almost tripped over it several times coming from around the side of the bed nearest the window. Also, you kind of can't really see the TV from anywhere-- it faces the front door, not the couch, not the bed which is extremely odd. I tried to angle it so it would both a) not trip me and b) be seen from the couch but it seemed to be nailed to the strange desk-like structure in front of the bed whole only piurpose seems to be to act as a TV stand, but it's wide enough that it makes the corridor between the bed and that structure, plus the TV in the middle, something you have to navigate around, and I'm a smaller sized person. Just seems like with a very simple fix (wall-mounting a TV, or if that's not possible, placing it at an angle so people watching TV can actually see it and no one trips over it). The second thing is that there were so many bright LED lights on appliances etc, that essentially once i'd turned the lights off to go to bed i could see everything despite having blackout curtains closed entirely. i ended up putting towels etc over the lights so it wouldn't be so bright. Anyway-- maybe these are just unique to me, but thought i'd mention if helpful

Loved the suite, the room has everything we need, the latout is great, we loved it and will stay ahaon as we travel beyween Wyoming and and Texas!amazing

Hotel seemed new in appearance and condition, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. We had a very good night’s stay.

My stay was fantastic. I was there for a graduation at MSU. The check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was very ultra modern and clean with a great decor. I believe this was a new hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I definitely got the most for my money because the room was set up for an extended stay and the price was very economical. By the way, my room slept four people. The shower was great and the towels were nice and soft. They even had an onsight restaurant preparing meals in the evening. The menu was limited but I was very happy with the Tacos I purchased. There's a pool and a basketball/pickleball court along with a pool. The free breakfast was pretty good. They had the usual fare but there was bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, oatmeal and more and I was pleasantly surprized. The only complaints were the telephone buttons for a wake-up call and housekeeping did not work and you had to dial zero for the front desk to ask for services. This was not explained on check- in and the charging port next to the phone was very loose. It lifted out of it's base when I pulled my charging cord out. The other charging ports were secured to their bases, I checked. Overall, a really great stay. I highly recommend. I think you'll be pleased.

The room was great the staff were amazing (really loved the staff). The breakfast could have been okay but every thing was cold. Not room temperature cold to touch. Other than that it was fantastic. Will def go back.

This property was fairly new and super nice. It was clean smelled like fresh linen! Beds were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and basketball court! Easy access around the city. We had refreshments at the bar inside and out! I would definitely stay here again!

On my way to watch my son play football in Abilene, Tx. It got late & I was tired. Made a very last minute decision to stay in Wichita Falls & get some rest. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The room was incredibly nice & way better than I expected. Breakfast was fantastic. I definitely made the right choice to stay here.
