very spacious room has everything needed. Host was very responsive and friendly.
It would be easier if the check-in instruction could be a little bit clearer. for example mention the building is the one above shops. It took me a good while to locate the building

very good location since we didn’t want to stay in Annecy center. It took about 10-15 mins traveling by bus. very nice park near the apartment which located by the lake.

A new apartment with all modern essentials. Located close to the lovely local beach.
A sheet with some basic instructions, e.g. the location of the entrance to the underground parking, how to recycle and dispose of garbage and how to operate electronic shutters ('hidden' closet!), would have been helpful. Owners are quick to address your questions, so all good.
