This property leads all the way down to the river. The Neighborhood: Located near the Slab, Lake LBJ, Wineries, Hiking Trails and more Other Things to Note: In lieu of a security deposit we require a $60 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. River levels vary depending on the time of year. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM! All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
