Enjoy a stylish experience at this Jacksonville Beach centrally-located 2/1.5. Walk to the beach! Welcome to your beach cottage! Enjoy two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and smart tvs! Further, the backyard offers a fire pit and corn hole. As well as a laundry room in the townhouse. Walk to the beach! We have provided a stocked kitchen, coffee station with coffee pot and mugs, and a dishwasher. In addition, the dining room has a nice table for 4 - two more chairs available in downstairs closet. Entire place and yard - please insure you park only on the side of the driveway in front of your door - it’s best to parallel park with two cars to not block the neighboring townhouse. We are around if needed but offer self check in! Jacksonville Beach is A vibrant community offering beautiful white sand beaches ,weekly festivals, local restaurants, and bars, and lots more! The home is very accessible. You can take Uber, beach buggy (golf cart service that’s local), bike, or many other ways of transportation around the area

Cheaply done. No wifi. Thermostat behind tv hard to set. No drawers for clothes in brs. Not even stand for suitcase. cant watch network channels on tv.
No towel holders or toilet paper holders.
Light out on stairs.

This is the second time we've stayed at this rental. We really like the convenience to our son's home. The house is always clean, with washer, dryer, 2 bedrooms... each with very comfortable queen size beds, plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and easy access to the beach, lunch and dinner restaurants, local coffee shops, and 3 full service grocery stores. We'll rent this home again, if available,when we are back in "Jax" Beach.

The house in general was a great location. Not so sure about the “beach within walking distance”. We are a bit older so walking was out of the question, especially trying to cross A1A which is 4 lanes of busy traffic and no crosswalk or light. Owner did reach out to us on arrival to make sure everything was good. My only suggestion would be to have toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and maybe blackout curtains in front bedroom also. We had our pup with us and he enjoyed being able to run around in the fenced yard. We would stay here again in the future

Very nice property...it's within a mile of the Jacksonville Beach entertainment district. Plenty of resturants and fast food close by. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Host is always available if there is an issue. Host alos routinely checks to see if everything is ok. A simple comfortable place to stay. We were in town to play golf and meet up with old friends... great price and value.

We had a good stay. Very close to the beach, & not far from the zoo which is the two reasons for our visit. I do wish I would have known & recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones on both beds are not good at all! There were ants in the house when we arrived, I did let the owner know & they said they would get it taken care of. The shower water doesn’t get hot, stays mainly warm. Backyard was wonderful for my two year old to run around. Overall, good stay for the price!

Roomy, clean, and had a great backyard for our dog. Very close to multiple eateries and shopping. will stay again when we travel to the area.

We were very pleased with this rental. Quiet neighborhood and quick access to main drag of Jax beach(rtA1A). Beds were very comfortable but glad we brought our own pillows. TV’s need to be streamed as cable is not available. Communication with owner was great. There was some difficulty in unlocking the door but key alternatives were available. Shower pressure was excellent. Towel racks and toilet tissue holders would have been a welcome addition. We would rent here again.

We really appreciated the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) being supplied. We didn’t have to run to the grocery store during our short visit!

The property was nice and clean. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was very close to the beach, but I chose to drive the 2.9 miles to Neptune Beach. This condo was a really great value too, for a very affordable price.

When we arrived from Jax, we were hot and ready to relax before meeting up with family later in the day. When I opened the door, we were greeted with a nice, cool waft of clean, fresh smelling air. Everything was staged perfectly and it was so inviting!
I would stay here again with my family!
