Fantastic location - Barrio Italia is a really wonderful area of Santiago and we loved walking around nearby! The apartment itself was very clean, recently renovated and attractive, comfortable, and practical. Keyless entry and checkin/out was convenient, especially since our flight was at 1:00 am, so we checked out around 21:30 and didn’t have to make special arrangements or inconvenience anyone. The property managers were very responsive!

Just FYI, this is a no-elevator, no-air conditioning building. We were on the top floor (4th floor for US measurements/3rd floor Europe) in high summer (low 90s F for highs). The stairs and temperature inside were ok for us (using the desk fan and keeping most windows open ~ FYI, no screens, but we didn’t experience bugs or have noise problems), but might not be for all, especially if you like it cool.

This is a fantastic place! The apartment itself is lovely, and the location is great- minutes away from restaurants and bars in Barrio Italia, a great lowrise neighborhood. Well furnished, pleasant, nice balcony. The staff was helpful- I was allowed to check in early after an overnight flight, they brought me a chair to do computer work (the bar chairs were not meant for that). I would come back!

Wifi was patchy and stopped working at times in the main room. There was noise at 7am several mornings on the main corridor. I prolonged my stay but no fresh towels nor bedsheets were brought over after 7 days (as per the house rules), although I asked for them. But, all in all, a great place!

Excellent location. Very secure and easy to check in. Highly recommend staying here!

A blind on the kitchen window might be useful for some guests, as the stairwell lets lots of light in
