Location was superb. We only had one night, and it did us fine. Breakfast was very good (though chairs a bit uncomfortable!)
Room smaller than appeared in the photo, and a bit cramped. Also the window looks out on a shared patio, so no privacy if people are right outside! Wasn't expecting that.

How clean the room was had everything you needed
Thin walls unfortunately we could hear everything!
And being woken up by other guest at 4:30 in the morning to a shower and going to the toilet the full conversation slamming of doors! Our room was also the one with the stairs coming into and out of the building so not the quitest room .

It was well situated near the harbour. We liked the room, decoration, colour scheme, extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. Being able to park the car for free was also a big plus.
Our main issue was the noise from the road which we realise isn't something that can be easily resolved. One of the wall lights was flickering intermittently.

Beautiful guest rooms. Not very big but bathroom was generous. Everything modern and very well working. Very close to all shops, restaurants and the harbour in Porthleven.
Windows a bit difficult to open.

Location is wonderful! Property is clean and comfortable, and located a walking distance from everything - the sea, lovely restaurants, pasties and icecream! I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stylish, clean room. Really good quality bedding and very comfortable. Excellent location, Will definitely be staying again in future.
It would have been nice to have been able to check in a little earlier.

Room ok.
No heating. The room and bathroom were freezing cold.
The walls were very thin, we could hear every word of the conversation going on in the next door room.
The TV remote control wasn't working properly.

Location well placed and near harbour. Close to local shops and cafes. Just no view to be heard of when advertised as one.
Room was much smaller than you would pay £110 pn for. Especially with zero service. You pay that per night for a whole apartment a bit closer inland. Which seems more worth it considering half the rooms in this place don’t have a view and it’s just pot luck.
