Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution to be disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests. Please be advised that the Village of Pinehurst is very strict with new ordinances regarding short-term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 12 overnight guests and 4 cars are allowed on the property.
