The Penthouse at Buckland House is a full service apartment for visitors who prefer a centrally located apartment (with parking) and close to the train station, for longer stays. • Professionally cleaned, with minimum 24 hours gap between stays • Brand new apartment, with carefully restored period features • Split level features, and comprises the entire top floor of the Victorian Building • Two large, bright and airy double bedrooms, • Luxury Villeroy & Boch bathrooms • Comfortable lounge • Separate kitchen & dining area • Fully equipped Neff kitchen The apartment is situated a short 5 minute walk from Leamington Spa town centre with its multitude of restaurants, pubs and shops, gardens and the railway station The apartment comprises the entire top floor, of a recently refurbished period building. Built to a high specification with Villeroy & Boch bathroom suite, integrated kitchen appliances, the apartment has been furnished tastefully. The apartment's front door is up a flight of stairs, which opens on to a carpeted hallway. The hallway has doors opening on to the lounge, kitchen / dining area and the large family bathroom. At either end of the hallway are quaint steps leading to each of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are under the eaves, with exposed period beams. On of the bedrooms is over 6m in length, while the other has an attached dressing room and an en-suite. The lounge comfortable seating options with a large sofa and arm chairs, side and centre tables, floor and table lamps, television and feature vaulted ceiling. The dining options are set for four, with a mixture of dining chairs and a long stylish bench. The bedrooms both have woollen carpets, small wardrobes, chest of draws, double beds, side tables and lamps. Each of the bedrooms is well lit, with roof windows The bathrooms are fully tiled, with shower and shower over the bath, Hansgrohe fittings and heated floors The kitchen has stone effect tiled flooring with a range of integrated appliances fitted within units. The slim stone worktop, is lit by low level LED lights, as is the plinth. We would like to minimise the environmental footprint, and have fitted the apartment accordingly. There are dimmable, LED down lights in all the rooms and the lamps are all LED. Heating and hot water use a Greenstar Wocester Bosch Boiler, and the kitchen appliances are A rated (with the exception of the washer/dryer which is B rated). The apartment is serviced weekly.
