綺麗

家族で来て3階と4階に分かれた部屋になって、エレベーターは宿泊した階にしか止まる事ができないので、荷物が1つだったので取りにも行けず不便でした。配慮がなさすぎる。

大浴場もあってお値打ち感があり、清潔でお洒落なホテルでした。 全て良かったです。 朝食が割高に感じたけど、美味しかったしビュッフェの料理が綺麗な状態を保っていて素晴らしいなと思いました。

大浴場はシャワーが8個で裸で行列させられる ナイトウェアはワンサイズしかないと大きいサイズ断られた おすすめの食事どころを聞いたら地図に丸つけただけで土地勘の無いおばさんは迷い交番で親切なお巡りさんに助けられました

Friendly staffs. Special thanks to Miss Ishiga Saya. She assisted us a lot during our 9 nights stay. She was kind and helpful. Other staffs were also professional and nice! Breakfast is delicious!

The house keeping service needs to improve! We finished the soap bottle, left on the sink for attention, but they did not refill! We stayed in the loft room, the hand rail on the stairs were covered by layers of dust since we checked in and did not clean until we checked out! The house keeping maids mainly tidied our bed and changed the towels.

大浴場が混んでます、との情報が出てましたので 夜は諦めて、朝入浴しました お部屋に浴槽が無かったので。 雪の日でしたので、入りたかったです。
