Bad, not recommended, despite reasonable price. Not recommended for couples and families. Only suitable for singles who want to live close to the bar area and want black light in the ceiling. Unfriendly lady at reception (+\-40) knew 0 English. The room she gave me smelled of mold, it was small 7.8 m2 (+ a small bathroom of about 2 m2). The room had no windows, only a simple balcony door with glass in it. Balcony view was towards a filthy backyard, bad view. My booking stated that the room should be 15 m2 and have a sea view. There were several deficiencies in the room (no sea view, kitchenette not working, stains on sheets/walls, etc) I complained to the general manager. He was very nice. I got a better room. It was bigger with sea view (10 m2 + small bathroom).

Under the bed was so dirty i dropped something so i tried to reach ,oh my god the dirt was .... The kitchen was hardly equipped I had to call them for cleaning every time The air conditioning was leaking water on top if bed ,I reported it but no body bothered.so i had to buy a mop to dry the water cuz it was a lot of water.

If you have breakfast you collect your plate of food that is there ready for you and you add a bread roll from the side, it’s all very fresh and tastey. I liked the elevator as it was right by my room and I didn’t know there would be an elevator. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and had a table and chair too. There was a kitchenette. The shower had hot or cold water, whatever I wanted. I had booked a airport transfer and there was confusion at the transfer company as they would have gone to the wrong hotel with a similar name. A day before I left, a staff member sorted this all out for me straight away with no issues. Breakfast is 9am to 11am but as soon as breakfast is out you can have it a bit earlier.

I couldn’t get the tv to work but I wasn’t particularly bothered. I’m sure if I had asked for help then staff would have shown me what to do but I didn’t ask.

Very good staff! They will always help and advise. The front desk staff and all other staff are doing a good job! This is a good hotel for independent people. I liked the hotel.

Air condition worked not very well. Otherwise everything other was normal.

Location, staff, service, room equipments, air conditioning, fridge, shower, A lot of good stuff to say ! I can highly recommend ❤️ If coming back to Alanya, definitely taking this hotel again. And the hotelcat Maldi was adorable ❤️

My room was on the street side, so every voice from the street was a bit annoying when trying to sleep, but that was a minor problem. There was also little bit of dust in the corners, but didn’t mind.

Breakfast just barrable no coffee just tea. No water anywhere. Room old . One reception Iranian likes to make money off people for money. Charges high rate for Turkish lira.
